Convenient location, near to tram station and near to Geneva Cornavin, within walking distance. Cozy and comfy breakfast, near to a laundry shop which is extremely convenient.
Hotel staffs with smiley faces always, make the stay so relax and warm.

The room is very spacious, and the facilities are excellent. Transportation is also convenient; there's a COOP supermarket just 30-40 meters from the entrance. Tram 15 goes directly to the UN and the train station. It's also very close to Rue de Berne, known for its nightlife (if you know what I mean, wink wink). Overall, it's great value for money. Swiss 3-star hotels can be a bit of a mixed bag; I also booked a night at a 'Crystal Design' hotel, also 3-star and similar in price, but the room was significantly worse.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is good —convenient and close to key attractions and amenities; however, the alleyway could feel a little dark and dodgy at late night. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel location is near to train station & Migros. It is very convenient for a family vacation. The room is clean & the bed is so comfortable. It gave us a good night rest after a long day walk at the city.

We had a lovely stay at Kipling Hotel. Our room was wonderful - a spacious corner room with a beautiful balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the station. We were touched when Guest Services left us a sweet honeymoon note and chocolates - such a thoughtful gesture! The only problem was our key card kept deactivating. Over the course of our week-long stay, we had to get it fixed at least five times. Despite this issue, we really enjoyed our stay.

We like our stay in Hotel Kipling. The front desk staff were helpful, polite and kind. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom has a good amount of toiletries supplied. There were robe, slippers. Chocolates, water. The hotel staff sent the Free Guest travel pass 4 days before we check in so we were able to use it as soon as we arrived in the airport.

Room size decent n clean. Basic amenities available. Check in chap wasnt service oriented. Busy with his work and seem impatient to help. If u drive, park outdoor. Indoor basement parking is narrow to exit
