The Hotel Luzern, Autograph Collection in Lucerne

It wasn't what I expected. The hotel has a strong design, and the cleanliness, facilities, and service are all good. However, the room layout wasn't to the guests' liking.

Had a wonderful stay. We got a free upgrade and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. The key is that the children are very satisfied!

The hotel team in Lucerne, Switzerland single-handedly saved our honeymoon from a dismal note and made it nothing short of magical, with the strongest desire to return. A really high note. We very belatedly send our thanks for all that the staff of this wonderful hotel have done, led by none other than their General Manager Mark Lehmann, who made the rules to ensure our happiness. We originally booked a room at another hotel online that advertised 5 stars. In fact, we find ourselves in basic economic conditions. After a bit of work, we left the disappointing hotel down the street and found our dream team at the hotel. The hotel is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection boutique. The General Manager, along with employees Mareika and Sarah, made our experience everything we wanted and more. Not every guest at this hotel will be on their honeymoon; however, the service and attention to detail are sure to leave everyone, no matter their walk of life, with a smile on their face. Especially during these extraordinarily difficult times, when the world is trying to find a sense of normalcy again, rest assured that peace, tranquility and a great sense of old-fashioned wonder awaits you at your hotel in Lucerne, Switzerland. I have stayed here several times on business and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. The rooms are spacious, the reception staff are friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is a very pleasant dining experience. Our group moved from Lucerne to Zug at some point and the hotel was worth staying there with a free train pass to and from Zug every day - nice! When I lived there, every room was decorated in the style of a recent movie. Fun! At one point, my daughter finished a semester of study abroad and traveled to Europe for a month with a friend. As a treat, I paid them for a hotel room. They arrived, two college-aged girls with backpacks, somewhat shabby and disheveled from the overnight train from Copenhagen, but the staff greeted them warmly and gave them a nice room. Excellent central location, very close to the train station, the bridge to the old town and the "Little Theater" where I was able to attend a performance by a Swiss jazz ensemble. The hotel did not have bicycles to rent, but they were available at the station.

Great location. Small hotel and over priced. Room is OK. Very interesting room decoration.
