Great location and comfortable rooms. Tiny lift and spiral staircase made it a little challenging to get up stairs. Keep this in mind if you have any difficulty walking / mobility issues. Front staff really friendly. Breakfast offered a good range of choices. Rooms were an okay size and presented nicely.

Very nice hotel. Used my corporate rate, which included breakfast, wifi, 2 people and free use of the minibar for a very reasonable rate (considering the location in central Zurich). Staff was friendly, room was very nice, clean and modern, and breakfast was quite good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations- from the moment I check in to the minute I checked out.

I arrived early from Milan, and knowing that check in is not until 2 but still hope that they can accommodate, so I went and tried - rooms are not available yet but the reception guy went out of his way to ensure that I'll be able to do stuff by offering to keep my luggage and stay in the lobby area. He was friendly, courteous and you can tell that he likes his job.

When I checked in, my luggage is already in my room. The room he gave me was really nice. The see through Bathroom is really unique. Wifi is outstanding too.

Overall - I am giving this hotel a five and recommend that you try it out too.

Bad service on arrival, unprofessional employees, rude answers, long check in and check our procedure, each day taking money from credit card with no idea why they take it - 200 euro first night, 125 second night, already 3 weeks can't give them back. Telephone in the room for no use, no one ever answer the calls. On breakfast no one ask from what room i am , so if you want bring your friends - easy to do. Survey even sent with wrong surname...

There are no comments) in the room full of stuffing coffee, every day apples, glass shower in the middle of the room.

Pros: Very clean, nice stay, large rooms, good area, chic design. Cons: Fitness area was very small and the cable machine did not work, only had 2 bar dumbbells that you had to stack yourself/one person could only use these at a time; rooms were not separate from the shower/sink areas and lighting was all together (not ideal for travelers who wake at different times); elevator only allowed one person with luggage at a time; breakfast was limited (had to pay for extras); could not use outlets in the bathroom because they added a mirror with a large frame around it.

Small hotel but great location. Breakfast was great, good selection of food and chef will cook your eggs how you like them. We got upgraded to a bigger room it was fantastic with a balcony and massive shower. Only problem no car parking, street or near by underground parking are your only options.
