We had a nice stay. During check-in, Alicia was friendly and shared many recommendations around Zurich, which we appreciate. The room was adequate. It was big enough for a couple and although the hotel is not equipped with AC (like many hotels around the region), they provided two fans that was good enough to circulate the air. The location is central and only a few minutes walk to many amenities. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend to others.

Would not recommend
Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful from check-in to check-out, no smiles, no “how can I help,” just bare minimum responses like we were an inconvenience. When we raised an issue, we got attitude instead of a solution.
The room itself was dirty, dust on the surfaces, stains on the bedding, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. For the price we paid, this is completely unacceptable. You’re paying for comfort and service, and we got neither.
Save your money and book somewhere else. There are far better options nearby for the same price or less.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Old Town and the train station. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a lifesaver during the summer heat.

We got lucky and they were able to get us into the room early which was a life saver for us having gotten in on an early flight. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet as well we didn’t hear the guests on any side of us at all.

Stayed there in February 2026. The location is excellent, right next to the main station. The rooms are not very large, but they are clean and feel recently refurbished. The breakfast buffet is good, with attentive staff in the morning. I had read reviews mentioning the lack of air conditioning, but I cannot comment on that as it was cold at that time of year in Zurich. Overall, it is perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Great location to Old Town Zurich
This hotel was perfect for an overnight layover between flights. It is in a perfect location to walk around the Old Town. Many very good restaurants are within walking distance as well as the major train station (HB). It’s only ~ 20 min from the airport. Our only complaint is that our room didn’t have air conditioning and it was uncomfortable sleeping at night. Not sure if it’s the whole hotel without it but if you are traveling in the summer months, be prepared. We opened the window and that provided some relied. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was larger than expected. There is no closet if you are staying for awhile and want to unpack. The dining area looked lovely but we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Great location near the train station, shops, and attractions. Stylish interior, but the room was too small to fully open my suitcase. Still, a good value for Zurich.

The location is excellent, and it takes only 7 or 8 minutes to walk to Zurich Train Station. You can also walk to the main check-in spots.
