Comfortable hotel.
Location wise, quite strategic in the old town of Zurich. Many shops & restaurants nearby. Access to trams are nearby. Everything else is walkable.

Everything was great. Nice staff, we did required an extra night and they did everything possible to acomodate us.

Nice hotel. Beautiful view especially if you're lucky enough to have access to the rooftop terrace.

The best was the location. the room was open when we arrived but no one inside, just a housekeeping trolley around in the corridor, it was strange.
The bed was very comfy but for my opinion a very little room and bathroom.

Location was perfect and friendly staff. Beds were very soft, but good size room for European standards.

Close to the water, near many restaurants and shopping. Parking is a structure about 7 mins away with a bit of an incline. Bar inside nice staff

Great hotel in old town, easy walk to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, Lake Zurich, right near a tram pick up spot, very convenient! I loved the little cafe on the first floor as well! Very nice place to stay in Zurich if you’re looking to enjoy the city.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a tram stop nearby and close proximity to Grossmünster, as well as plenty of surrounding shops and restaurants.
The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, a laundry bag, and a paper bag in the room. I especially appreciated the ample counter space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Dont get the attic room if you are over 5’2” !!! Or if you have a bag and want someplace to put it. So many places to hit your head, it was like a fun house!
