Culinary address in Ticino. Visually, you can enjoy a well-kept park landscape with large trees and your own access to the lake. The entire team is incredibly friendly, helpful and prepared. Our room was recently refurbished and had charm and a wonderful view of the huge park. We'll be back...

Incredibly beautiful park and beach! My 6 year old grandson thinks this hotel is the best in the world ? Of particular note is the excellent food.

Absolutely marvelous place, a lot of space, the resort is beautiful, staff very professional and competent, the kitchen was fantastic! Definitely a place to come back again

What a wonderful getaway. Beautiful location. Had it at 5 stars first then took two stars off when we discovered we were mislead by the hotel - upon checking in we were told we got a free upgrade to a junior suite. This wasn't true, we got the room we had booked for.
We ended up extending our stay cuz the place and staff were quite remarkable.

Just used the spa for massage and ate lunch at the restaurant. Excellent service, ambiance, and food! The ice-teas are really good too...
