On the positive side, the staff members were professional and friendly. The service provided by the front desk and the floor team was warm and welcoming, which I initially appreciated.
However, my stay was completely ruined by a serious security issue. A pair of my Chanel shoes (size 37) went missing from my room between January 27th and 29th.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of follow-up from the hotel management. Despite reporting the loss immediately, there has been no serious investigation or responsibility taken by the hotel. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much higher standard of security and guest support.
It is deeply disappointing that such friendly service is overshadowed by a lack of safety for personal belongings and a management team that seems indifferent to theft. I no longer feel safe staying here and cannot recommend this hotel until they take security and guest concerns seriously.
Beautiful hotel right in the midst of amazing St. Moritz. Views are incredible from the 6th floor Sky Bar and Spa. Outstanding service.
