The hotel is located in the center of St. Moritz, next to a frozen lake where you can go ice skating and go on long and pleasant walks through the snow and forest in front of it. A traditional hotel with links to the past, but modernized with the times. The pianist has great fun in the Liberty style hall.

Great long weekend stay! The management staff is very helpful, professional and polite. Our first time there and the front desk manager (if only I got his name he was GREAT) was very helpful in giving advice to us non-skiers. We had lunch there due to COVID restrictions but were very pleased with the menu selection. Breakfast was great, you can get eggs with sausage/bacon, cappuccino. . .and the minibar was "free" with beer, soft drinks and snacks! Ideal location too. And the extra ride to/from the train station is a bonus. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

Worst hotel experience ever. The rooms shake with the noise from the piano bar and the nightclubs underneath. The noise resonates so loud the walls against the bed actually shake. The hotel staff is BEYOND RUDE, they are fully aware of the issue and will literally refuse to acknowledge the issue or move an inch out of their little office to confirm they hear the noise as they already know how ridiculously loud it is. They refuse to take any action as they know nothing can be done, even moving you to the top floor or across the building won't change a thing. Even before raising this issue with them, when you go to to see them you're clearly bothering them in their admin duties, they literally speak in German about how this guest is about to ask them useless questions. Unbelievably rude team. For the price the rooms are completely outdated, the furniture is old and broken down. Unless you're a bunch of 20 year olds who came here to party stay away from this hotel and their terribly customer service. I paid a deposit and left the room a couple hours after checking in, they refused to refund anything and even charged me additional fees without my permission. I will now have to revert the charge on my credit card. Unbelievable. Terrible experience on all levels.

Very nice hotel, located in the very center of St Moritz. Rich breakfast, good service. We had a very pleasant stay and we are very thankful to to the staff of the hotel that helped us to resolve a problem with our car.

A friendly hotel just outside the main centre of the town. Rooms hold great views of the lake and mountains. The restaurant had some unusual seating, with the overflow seating area feeling like sitting in a corridor. Food was expense but tasty. Comfortable bed and a great bathroom.

Everything is fine. Luxuriously. The view from the window to the lake is amazing, quiet. Wonderful view of the lake. Perfectly. Quietly. I'd like to come back to the hotel with great pleasure.

A respectable venue in the town centre, location being its chief advantage in the face of some very tough, high-end competition.
A mid range room was frankly disappointing, in both size and decoration (it's still 1983 in there) and if found almost anywhere other than what is arguably the world's most famous ski-town, it would be considered laughable. Here, you just have to.put up with it and wonder why, with so much revenue available to the country and Skt Moritz, the owners seem to think it's acceptable.
A mid range room was frankly disappointing, in both size and decoration (it's still 1983 in there) and if found almost anywhere other than what is arguably the world's most famous ski-town, it would be considered laughable. Very elegant and beautiful setting in the center of St Moritz and convenient walking distance to most sights and shopping. Service was excellent and staff very accommodating and helpful. Wifi was very good throughout hotel. Breakfast service was excellent.
