We spent 2 nights here as travelling on the Bernina Express. Booked directly online but email from the hotel confirming had a link that was corrupt. Received a 2nd email with check in link a week before arrival date and again had a corrupt check in link, had to contact the Reine and Laudinella group emails to resolve but both very slow to respond, was promised a link via whats app that was slow to arrive. Requested a kettle and extra pillows but none were present. Found out from another guest at departure there was a Spa in the Laudinella we could use but no info at the Corvatsch about it. Rooms are dated and lacking a fridge. Very small shower and grubby carpets. However, the restaurant served high quality food and very attentive staff. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food on offer. The shuttle bus to the station was very good. Would i stay again ? probably not but i'd definitely visit the restaurant again.

The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

Easy access to public transportation Arrangement for the room key was a big mishap. Need to seek help from Hotel Victoria Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful.

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful.
The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom.
The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it.
Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.

There was no one at the main desk to check you in. The process to get a room key was not as described on the paper that was there to tell you how to check in.

Clean room and easy to check in.
For check out is not as easy as check in.
I thought there was self-laundry service, but there wasn't. That was only minus point.

Great hotel in lovely setting
Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. Room had a lovely traditional feel to it. Check in really easy which included a very informative app and digital room key on your phone. Lovely restaurant with a great breakfast. We ate in there twice in the evening and the food was great and lovely deserts. Walking distance for everything. We had a great stay and will be back.

An immaculate hotel offering a rich breakfast buffet. Kind personnel and a value-for-money solution. A single suggestion: it would be nice to have a small waiting room at the entrance. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.

digital check in is only working for the outside door, have to go to other hotel side to get room key; stayed two nights, pre-order breakfast is delivered by 6AM, room is quiet
