An absolutely wonderful hotel with a truly exceptional location. Hotel Steffani is perfectly situated in the heart of St. Moritz, making it ideal for leisurely walks, visiting beautiful restaurants, boutiques, and cozy party-clubs — everything is literally just steps away.
I would especially like to highlight the hotel’s restaurants: excellent classical cuisine and outstanding traditional Swiss dishes such as fondue and raclette. Every meal felt like a genuine pleasure.
The spa area is perfectly located and designed for deep relaxation after long days in the mountains. I strongly recommend visiting the spa and booking a massage with Eva — her sports massage is simply outstanding. It genuinely restores your body and gives you the energy and strength to fully enjoy skiing and mountain activities again.
I am also deeply grateful to the hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and true willingness to help. I had an issue with an incorrect charge on my bill, and Ricardo, the hotel manager, resolved it immediately and with great care right at the reception. Great location, easy to get everywhere. Food recommend to order twice as i got "kids" portion for €20. Disappointed with service as was in rush, and have to chase 3x for a bill. At the end of the visit waiter asked me for extra cash for service charge which was also included on bill and then I have noticed I have double paid

I didn't personally stay at the hotel, but I did enjoy a few desserts and drinks. First of all, the staff immediately took care of me and my family, kindly providing the menu. For dessert, I chose the "Black Forest" cake, one of the most famous in the world, and for my drink, I had a hot chocolate. I must say, I've never had such a delicious cake. The hot chocolate was generous and sweet, and the staff even left a sugar packet for those who prefer it extra sweet. The quality-price ratio was excellent. I highly recommend stopping here for anyone vacationing in St. Moritz or simply for those who want to try something delicious at the restaurant.

Breakfasts were exceptional. The combination of à la carte dishes with a generous buffet felt thoughtful and indulgent, and mornings never felt rushed. It was the perfect start to the day.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Steffani in St. Moritz. The location is excellent right in the center of town and just a 3-minute walk from the funicular station
The spa area was a real highlight for me. A spacious pool, a very calm and private atmosphere, and 2 different saunas the perfect place to fully relax after a long day of skiing in the mountains.

Staff speak very good English and are all very helpful. Swimming pool is very modern and sauna is also very private. Just one down point that spa is not available. The hotel has a long history but was well maintained. Things are very clean and tidy. Restaurant is also very nice with good food and excellent staff! A very good experience in the hotel! I wish I have stayed longer!
