The breakfast here is very rich and delicious! The hotel has a spa swimming pool, with dry and wet steam, and a gym and beauty area with everything you need. I will book here again next time

The room is unimaginably large, and it is a luxury hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lunogazha Lake and mountains from the huge balcony

The breakfast on the second day was varied, colorful and delicious. We ate a lot of salmon and various fruits and vegetables, which made us like it so much that we didn't want to leave

At night, the lights of thousands of houses are magnificent, and the green mountains, green waters, red tiles and yellow walls, the colorful and beautiful scenery is unparalleled

If we hadn't booked a hotel in Lucerne on Ctrip, we would have stayed and enjoyed it. If we come again next time, we will definitely choose this one

The hotel is by Lake Lugano, offering a nice view. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, so we paid extra at the front desk to upgrade to a lake-view room, which we felt was definitely worth it

Regardless, it was truly delicious! Dinner was also good, the wine list was decent, and the service was excellent. Honestly, good service seems to be guaranteed as long as you tip well

We enjoyed a wide variety of cheeses and salami. Initially, I thought the salami was a cooked sausage, but my husband informed me it was raw

The hotel is conveniently located close to Milan. The next day, we stored our luggage at the front desk and made another trip to Milan

So unexpected reply for them to insist the charges where we didn’t used. Otherwise, service from the staffs were good and warm

The hotel's biggest draw is its two indoor and outdoor pools! Right in front of the hotel are a bus stop, the Monte Bray cable car station, and two large supermarkets

The tax was only issued after I left, and the city tax amount differed from what was shown on the Ctrip order; it was higher.

The location is a bit of a distance from the old town but everything about this hotel is superb.

The biggest issue was the shower — the water pressure was extremely weak, to the point where showering felt like a chore rather than something refreshing after a long day. Soundproofing was also very poor

The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great

The minibar was free! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food in the lobby was excellent, with generous portions! The outdoor pool and ping-pong table were perfect for the kids

Good breakfast with smoked salmon, scrambled egg, sausages and various type of cheeses. Breakfast on weekend could be very crowded but food was replenished fast. Nice pool and gym for some exercise

The hotel is also conveniently located, with a bus directly to the train station, making taxis even easier!

The interior is decorated in Art Deco style. It’s about 30-40 minutes walk to the center of Lugano We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. In the evenings, you can enjoy a drink and listen to live music

Another important suggestion: The hotel doesn’t have a gym unfortunately, I believe they partner with a gym nearby called Gym and Tonic , which is a quite frankly a pitiful excuse of a gym with ridiculous prices

The lake is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Parking is available, but advance reservations are required. The breakfast is plentiful and the ingredients are very fresh

This was my favorite hotel of my 3 week trip. The room was large, the A/C was cold, the WiFi was strong and fast, the staff was very courteous, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a veritable feast

Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon

Convenient location from train station. Very comfortable room (we stayed in a Superior). Happy Hour at the bar was excellent value. Plenty of comfy sofas and chairs for relaxing

Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay

The pool was nice but small- would’ve been nicer if it was outdoors in the glass sliding doors were kept open during the day as the weather was so beautiful. Our stay in Lugano was pleasant and we had a lovely time there

Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows

Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely

Loved the waterfront property! Beautiful terrace for breakfast and dinner. Pool right on lakefront. Paddle-boarded right from hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. 10 minutes walk along lake to park and downtown.

The property is lake front! Amazing views, very friendly staff. Only one note…. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors. We were not so lucky to get the quiet ones. Overall excellent stay.

Booked this hotel due to location to train station and you couldn’t get much closer , very modern, industrial feel once

Apparently, there is some sort of evening reception, but only on Friday & and Saturdays. No restaurant, no bar, no lobby area, no coffee, just water. not what I expect from a hotel, but perhaps a select few might enjoy

My husband who was staying with me also got coffee for one or two days. Again, no one told us that breakfast was not included in our service and they did not tell us the actual price of the breakfast

Using a smartphone after downloading a QR code is the only way to enter the building or open your room door. Although the facility is very clean and the beds are comfortable, amenities are minimal

There is a local bus that will take you from the train station- CABS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE- english speaking- Do not expect a normal wine pour-😢😢-2 fingers of wine is 15$- buy a bottle instead

The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed

From platform 1 of the train station, walk 200 meters up the slope to the hotel. If you go to Lake Lugano, you have to cross the train station and then go down the stairs

The staff, the fresh and clean atmosphere, the pool (swimming outdoors in the alps on Halloween was not expected), the dinner made from a fresh on the grounds garden, the house wine also made on the grounds, the stunning views of Lugano, and also the story of the place all make it a rare find while traveling

The view from the balcony was also really beautiful! The only downside is that you need to catch a bus to access downtown, so you need to plan ahead a little bit. But honestly, that didn't bother us

Upscale ambiance, beautiful renovation of a historic mansion. Be aware that less expensive rooms have much less desirable views and your overall experience may well be impacted by this.

Spotless room, quiet, relaxing atmosphere, pet friendly, welcoming, and so much care goes into the food and experience. Simply breathtaking views. Beds were very comfortable!
