Good location, friendly staff and, most importantly, exceptionally good food.

It is very close to the train station and bus station. Lugano has beautiful scenery. You can walk by Lake Lugano every morning and evening. The experience is great. I think I will still choose this hotel next time I come.

A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

The Spa Villa Sassa is a luxury hotel located in Lugano, Switzerland. First-class service, good location, traditional luxury hotel style, but the facilities are old, such as elevators and furniture. But overall still very satisfied 👍

The apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. Really good deal! Next to the station so was very very practical for all our activities. Just a few minutes walking to the center of Lugano or with the funicular. we had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, and we had a wonderful room with the most incredible view, no complaints at all. My only complaint was the food at the breakfast buffet, it was really nothing special, locked, originality, and somewhere homemade options.

This hotel is of old aristocratic style, located right by Lake Lugano. Its location is impeccable, and its biggest advantage lies in its design. The furnishings, gardens, and rooms are all magnificent, showing the Europeans' particularity. The only drawback is that the dining is rather average.

The room is large and clean. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the lake. There is free parking and it is very convenient to drive. I stayed in this hotel for five nights in Lugano. The hotel is in a good location. It is a five-minute walk to the lake. Next to the hotel is bus No. 2, which can go to Lugano Railway Station. The breakfast is Western-style and the fruit and bread are good. The hotel is also quiet. If you go to Lugano, you can choose this hotel.

Hotel 5 minutes from Paradiso station and 2 steps from the lake and public transport stops that take you to the center (free with the Ticino ticket provided by the hotel), otherwise the center is only 20 minutes away taking advantage of the beautiful walk on the lake. We really enjoyed our stay at Luganodante. It's location can't be beat - very central to all things within Lugano, beautiful short walk to the lake front. The included breakfast was superb, and the staff was very helpful. The included soft drinks in the minibar were a great added bonus. We spent the old year and celebrated the new year 2024 at this Villa! The location is good, the place is very atmospheric and authentic... the food in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts are varied... it’s a pity that the room service is only up to 22(((spa zone is too small even for two, and it’s a pity that there is no pool inside the villa

The room was nice, with a direct lake view, and a circular swimming pool downstairs, where the kids had a lot of fun. The problem is that the hotel is on the mountain, so it's inconvenient to take public transportation without a car.

Restaurant is outstanding: Nice Location, one of the best food quality you get in lugano. But the Hotelservice, especially at the Reception has some Potential. Rooms have an amazing view and a modern light and card system but the bed and pillow quality could be better.

Bathroom was awful. I almost tripped and fell down. We wanted free standing shower and they didn’t have that. Receptionist had no clue about local attractions, places to see.

My Family and I came to stay in July. The hotel was very clean, and safe. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Came with two small children, so the indoor pool was attractive for them, however, exciting is an outdoor pool. Will utilize their spa and gym facilities, which were also good. Downside to the gym, is that there is no central air, therefore can get very stuffy running on the treadmill...

This hotel is located on a hillside above the Paradiso train station. It is best to take a bus or a taxi to get up there. It is difficult to go up the slope with luggage. The house price is not cheap, but the value is quite high and the view is first-class. The daily rent of more than three hundred Swiss francs is reasonable. Fantastic spa resort with a great view. It is quite a small hotel so atmosphere is very quite. They have great courtesy cars which are essential to travel in and out of Lugano town

Impressive This was my first stay since having inly stayed at Villa Castagnola a few times when in Lugano. The rooms are fantastic, view amazing, great room service (had breakfast twice), and the Michelin 1 star was a considerable gastronomic experience.

This was simply an excellent stay! The junior suites are incredible with the view of Lugano living up to the name of the hotel. The balcony was spacious and having complimentary breakfast room service was excellent. The staff were so incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful. The complimentary electric Smart cars for getting around town were also an incredible boon.

When I first arrived at Lugano train station, I followed the navigation... Oh my god, looking down from the hillside, and pulling the luggage... The zigzag stairs made it really tiring to walk to the hotel... After checking in, I found that there was a cable car going up and down in the train station... It was immediately accessible... I was sweating all over my back... I wondered why no one told me...

It is a little far from the train station, about 600 meters. The way up to the reception is a series of stairs, which requires a lot of effort to carry large luggage. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is good.

The breakfast was good and rich. Has its own paid parking lot. After looking for the air conditioner remote control for a long time, it turned out to be posted on the wall near the door. The attitude of the front desk is very good. If you need to delay check-out for special reasons, it is easy to communicate.

The hotel is next to the railway station tracks. The bed was vibrating at night and I couldn't sleep at all. The room was very old and had a strong smell. The only advantage is that there is breakfast, which is not bad for Switzerland.

A really friendly hotel and personal with a family sphere and a great view over Lugano. Nicolas one of the clerks was really helpful and nice! Rooms are clean and big.
