My dream holiday was in Villa Sassa. Incredible view. Delicious and various breakfast (also with healthy and gluten free options). Great SPA, even with group sport activities. Coach lady is very cheerful and positive. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Recommend 🙂

The tax was only issued after I left, and the city tax amount differed from what was shown on the Ctrip order; it was higher.

While the location was decent and convenient, my overall experience during my 3-night stay was disappointing. Very good, very good, very good. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The reception even provides adapters, which is great. Very friendly. The swimming pool and gym are also good, and the breakfast is good too. Everything is great.

We were given a very warm welcome by Francesca. She is an excellent asset for this hotel. She was very informative and interesting to talk to. The hotel pool was great. Thank you Breakfast was excellent. The best we have had in a hotel for a while. A wide range of food.

The hotel's biggest draw is its two indoor and outdoor pools! Right in front of the hotel are a bus stop, the Monte Bray cable car station, and two large supermarkets. Lake Lugano is a 10-minute walk away! The breakfast was excellent, and the service was quite friendly. The only drawback was that there were only a few tissues, and the conditioner left clumps. Was it expired?

Overall experience with Novotel stay is satisfactory.

Nice room, modern furniture and interior design. Good value for money

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very modern. The minibar was free! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food in the lobby was excellent, with generous portions! The outdoor pool and ping-pong table were perfect for the kids. The hotel is also conveniently located, with a bus directly to the train station, making taxis even easier!

This is a very good hotel. The room is clean and well equipped.

Overall good value for money. Good breakfast with smoked salmon, scrambled egg, sausages and various type of cheeses. Breakfast on weekend could be very crowded but food was replenished fast. Nice pool and gym for some exercise. Close to the lake and public transport.

Good breakfast with good service, however, Front Desk staff were quite unfriendly.

The hotel is amazing. Great location, beautiful rooms and it was the best breakfast we had during our 15 days trip. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a special touch as it was super strong and the towels would dry fast. I will recommend to everyone I can as it was a great experience.

Girls trip Our room was upgraded to lake view. Breakfast buffet had many choices and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly.

The property is lake front! Amazing views, very friendly staff. Only one note…. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors. We were not so lucky to get the quiet ones. Overall excellent stay.

Great location and lovely pool. Exceptional food in the restaurant- loved dining on the terrace each evening. Friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely return.

Beautiful grande Dame hotel lovely terrasse and pool right on the lake and big lovely rooms .

Great pool, staff, breakfast buffet, location on the water with a floating platform, and landscaping. Room had full balcony with two pairs of French doors. What’s not to like?

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were luxury like the whole property. Staff were super friendly and helpful and even gave me a 1230 checkout.

Hello, - The rooms are very spacious... the bathrooms are a bit dated... - The location and the park are wonderful... - The restaurant and breakfast are very average, even though the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially at reception.

I recently stayed at the Parkhotel Principe and was very satisfied. The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming and everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back and can only recommend the hotel!

Everything was perfect, a clean and spacious room, a very varied and quality breakfast. The quiet location, we will return. The only flaw is the daily cost of my micro dog.

Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. Very nice hotel. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. Essentially an apartment. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view. There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking.

The hotel was well located and had nice rooms and good views from the room.

Excellent hotel and the service was impeccable. Greatly appreciated the upgraded room - totally unexpected.

Nice rooms, but hard bed. The town itself is simply shopping at high end places so we won’t be back. Beautiful scenery though.

We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano.

The room is five out of five and the location was 10 out of five! Bravo

Incredible and great value for money, in centre of Lugano - top notch apartment and cleanliness, cleaned daily and everything you need and more- Only thing I would say is only 4 small side plates in kitchen, no sharp knife for bread etc and the tv's - unless you know how to navigate in the last customer's language its hard to use-but in such a beautiful place its not important! Staff are lovely...

The staff were very personable and helpful! And the location was perfect — on a pedestrian-only street and walkable to everything!

This location was perfect! It was close to all of the shopping, the lake, restaurants, etc. And it felt so private going up an elevator to only our suite. Loved it!

Hotel a little out of the main centre but only takes ten minutes to walk there. Near a bus stop to the station. Everything felt new and efficient. Room quite expensive, maybe because there aren't lots of hotels in Lugano. Room itself was sizable.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on business. It's centrally located, about 5-10 minutes from the lake. Garage parking is available, but the entrance is very steep and narrow. It's easily manageable with a regular car, but with a large car it's difficult and only suitable for good drivers, which is why the price (CHF 20) for a parking space is quite high. The hotel room is modern, very nice and...

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean. The morning buffet had a huge selection. The only drawback was that we were able to have a nightcap at the bar two evenings. On the third evening, they said that wasn't possible. (Someone else from the staff was there.) 🤷♀️. We would choose this hotel again anytime!

The hotel offers everything you need. A great breakfast buffet with very attentive and extremely friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, three bus stops from the center of Lugano (or a 10-minute walk), and good value for money. We highly recommend it!
