The room is unimaginably large, and it is a luxury hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lunogazha Lake and mountains from the huge balcony

We stayed for two nights, got a room upgrade without even requesting. Great view from the balcony but personally not enough decoration in the Rooms and a bit Oldstyle. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious

My dream holiday was in Villa Sassa. Delicious and various breakfast (also with healthy and gluten free options). Great SPA, even with group sport activities. Coach lady is very cheerful and positive

At night, the lights of thousands of houses are magnificent, and the green mountains, green waters, red tiles and yellow walls, the colorful and beautiful scenery is unparalleled

2-meter small bed in the living room. For a personal trip, the room is large, convenient and clean. There is an electric stove that can be used for self-cooking. The service staff is very friendly

Staff is wonderful and helpful

Because the environment is very good, I had dinner at Yangtai both nights. The hotel staff are kind and friendly, full of smiles. The breakfast venue is in a Japanese restaurant with an unparalleled view of the city

The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view

There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking

The location is halfway up the mountain, very quiet, with a great view, and the restaurant food is very good

Lovely hotel. Clean spacious rooms and lovely staff and nice view. You could literally walk all the way to the center of the town. Definitely will come and stay here if I am in the area.

Another amazing touch: guests can use complimentary electric cars and smart cars to explore the town. We used them multiple times for dinners and shopping trips, and it made getting around both fun and convenient

The town itself is charming, intimate, and beautifully quaint—much smaller and more peaceful than Lake Como, which we had also considered for this part of our trip. Choosing Lugano was absolutely the right call

Everything at The View Lugano was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding, the on-site restaurant was fantastic, and the hotel offers a Michelin-starred tasting-menu experience that was unforgettable

The entire property has an incredibly romantic atmosphere, making it the perfect way to end our travels across several countries. We left feeling relaxed, connected, and already dreaming of coming back

The View Lugano from upper management to the entire View team made my stay the best ever. The rooms are beautiful, meticulously clean and the food is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is a must. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect, a clean and spacious room, a very varied and quality breakfast. The quiet location, we will return. The only flaw is the daily cost of my micro dog.

The location is fantastic! Highly recommended! Especially if your luggage is super heavy, as the hotel is right in the atrium after you get off the train and take the cable car – incredibly close, you can walk right to the hotel without dragging your heavy luggage! The breakfast is also very generous; I recommend the kiwi! They also have pancakes, croissants, and European-style bread

The hotel was in center, perfect location. Amenities were provided such as sewing kit, ear buds etc. Coffee machine with coffee pods are well appreciated. And plus a chocolate as a gift at check in

The breakfast was also extremely good, a variety of food and beverage choices. The room is absolutely decent and comfortable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

The croissants can even have pistachio jam inside – a treat for pistachio jam lovers!

If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you. It's right by a busy street, so expect constant traffic noise that can easily disturb sleep

Regardless, it was truly delicious! Dinner was also good, the wine list was decent, and the service was excellent. Honestly, good service seems to be guaranteed as long as you tip well

What’s good: - Beautiful public areas in the main building - Spa, pool & sun terrace have great furnishings, very comfortable and a stunning view of the lake - Breakfast buffet is excellent quality & included in room rate

This should be provided to all guests, had I not been aware of it then I’d have missed out On balance, for me it was overpriced, for 450 CHF per night I will likely try somewhere else next time I come to town
