A quiet place with a large outdoor pool and sun loungers. The rooms are very large, but unfortunately, they're from the 1980s. They need to be updated in the next few years. However, everything was very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed due to Coronavirus. But the price-quality ratio is excellent. Close to the city, yet in a quiet location surrounded by greenery and forest.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were luxury like the whole property. Staff were super friendly and helpful and even gave me a 1230 checkout.

- The rooms are very spacious... the bathrooms are a bit dated...
- The location and the park are wonderful...
- The restaurant and breakfast are very average, even though the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially at reception.

I recently stayed at the Parkhotel Principe and was very satisfied. The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming and everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back and can only recommend the hotel!

Everything was perfect, a clean and spacious room, a very varied and quality breakfast. The quiet location, we will return.
The only flaw is the daily cost of my micro dog.

Very poorly maintained room, very dirty carpet, cobweb in the bathroom near the bidet that remained for our entire stay therefore the cleaning is not done properly. Furthermore the reception remains unmanned from 8:00 pm. The breakfast service managed by only two people, in short perhaps it would be a good idea to increase the staff. Parking space is a luck. Good breakfast, very kind staff. The hotel is saved by the beautiful swimming pool.

Everybody please don’t come to this looks like ghost place.The room we booked was completely different from what was shown online ,when we complained what they said.They ask us pay more 200 Eurpe then can go more better room. We can't cancel or change to another room. If we need to change, we have to pay more 💶. We didn’t live this ghost hotel, I will not recommend any of my friends to come here, and will tell them how bad the attitude of the hotel staff here is, not to give customers satisfactory service experience, such a business will not be good in future.

Friendly staff. Great walking location down to the water and town. Views were decent from our room. Clean room, cleaned daily. I’d say their pricing is fair for what they provide.
I would just recommend you check your booking and remember if you included breakfast or not. Unfortunately they checked off breakfast included on our check in papers, and since I didn’t recall off the top of my head, I assumed they had the right booking. Well turns out we didn’t include breakfast on our booking and had a large bill at the end of our stay (we simply would not have eaten it if they would have cross checked our booking). They admitted to their mistake of checking it off, however, no partial refund, offered us to take two special jams instead. I take partial fault as well for not checking. Breakfast was ok, wide variety of options.

So badly. I told them to cancel the room, I already said I didn't book it, it's within an hour or maybe within 30 minutes, after I contacting banking" the reception told me can not be cancelled, and they self decided the room hold for me, I didn't ask for it, then told me I should call the insurance, instead call them to cancel or shutdown to this kind of order. Attention attention.

Good hotel. Clean rooms, pets allowed. Beautiful terrace. Good breakfast with big buffet. Restaurant in hotel also cook well. What i did not like: ▪︎bed was from 2 small beds, not 1 full big bed.. ▪︎in room was no kettle or coffee mashine, so every time need to go to restaurant. ▪︎ no bath tub in room.
