My dream holiday was in Villa Sassa. Incredible view. Delicious and various breakfast (also with healthy and gluten free options). Great SPA, even with group sport activities. Coach lady is very cheerful and positive. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Recommend 🙂

I booked suite room with baby. They just gave us the super far away room and the bathroom light is not working. I asked to fix it before I went to dinner 7:30pm after finish the dinner and get back to room 9pm they still not fix the lighting. It took mechanic some time to have a look but the baby need to took shower and went to bed so we have to shower with the room dim. Later they offer to change the room but told us the room is super far way from the late night!!!! When the baby already slept! The reception said they will offer some compensation. On the next day we checked out the lady in the reception is very rude! No apology and no compensation. On the rainy day I asked the shuttle service to the nearest train station, she just so rude answer with no service provided because of road closure. But if I want the Taxi she can call for the service! No logic at all. Anyway dont recommend to stay to destroy your vacation. I have the management will look into the policies.

The room is unimaginably large, and it is a luxury hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lunogazha Lake and mountains from the huge balcony. The endless mountains opposite are like "planted" with houses. At night, the lights of thousands of houses are magnificent, and the green mountains, green waters, red tiles and yellow walls, the colorful and beautiful scenery is unparalleled. The breakfast on the second day was varied, colorful and delicious. We ate a lot of salmon and various fruits and vegetables, which made us like it so much that we didn't want to leave. If we hadn't booked a hotel in Lucerne on Ctrip, we would have stayed and enjoyed it. If we come again next time, we will definitely choose this one. After checking out, you can also book a hotel car to take you to the train station.

The room was very good and the view was very beautiful. I stayed in the Supreme Suite, which was 60 square meters. The price was a little more expensive than the double room, but the room was very big. There was one room and a 1.2-meter small bed in the living room. There were three of us. For a personal trip, the room is large, convenient and clean. There is an electric stove that can be used for self-cooking. It only costs 10 US dollars. The service staff is very friendly. The breakfast here is very rich and delicious! The hotel has a spa swimming pool, with dry and wet steam, and a gym and beauty area with everything you need. I will book here again next time. My family is very satisfied.

The Spa Villa Sassa is a luxury hotel located in Lugano, Switzerland. It occupies a classical villa building from the 18th century and offers facilities such as a health club, luxury spa, gourmet restaurant and lounge bar. The surrounding scenery is magnificent and it is suitable for vacation and leisure.
