Fantastic family run hotel in excellent location to pistes and all restaurants. Exceptional service, friendliness and facilities. Breakfast was very extensive all you could need and more. Evening meal very reasonably priced and food great quality. Menu changed everyday and the team accommodated preferences. Rooms clean and comfortable with lovely balcony with stunning mountain views. Fretto and team could not have been more welcoming. We were returning guests and once again a brilliant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel Many thanks the Costello family

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights and couldn’t be happier. If you are travelling to Saas-Fee, DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. From the initial check in to the check out, everything was perfect. The hotel is in its 3rd generation. We paid for half board, which was excellent. The restaurant food was spectacular for dinner, while breakfast was typical Swiss fair with breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurt and cereal. It was delicious. We walked from the bus station which was easy with our luggage, but a pickup service is offered. The return dropoff service was welcomed. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. Being Australian, our German is not great, but the staff all spoke excellent English. We will return.

If it's an unimpeded view of most of Saas-Fee's eighteen 4,000-meter peaks that you want, then the Hotel Bristol can deliver. Situated as it is right at the end of the village, nearest the mountains at the head of the glorious Saas Valley, the Bristol offers balconies that provide a stunning panorama. That means a long walk back to and from the central car-park but the Bristol's very friendly staff sort that out with electric cab service upon arrival and departure. It's a very traditional, family-oriented hotel but it offers all you need for a few days in the mountains, summer or winter : rooms are Swiss-clean, spacious enough even for bulky skiing gear, good beds, good reading lights, and there's a very adequate breakfast waiting downstairs, even if it doesn't start until a rather indulgent 08.00. Good value for money in a not inexpensive resort.

Mrs Bumann and staff, Reto Bumann and Bianca, Kadi and others were all fantastic. We opted for an all-inclusive ski week ( breakfast and dinners). Food was outstanding as well as service for these meals. Each dinner was better than the last with super presentations, Congratulations to the chefs . Rooms extra clean and comfortable. Great view ( 3rd floor facing ski hills). A must to come back and suggest to all Our friends to book there. Bravo Thank you , merci beaucoup Peter from Montreal Canada

Great location, very close to the slopes and city center. The hotel itself is charming, typical Swiss style with fantastic views on the glacier. Breakfast and overall service level is very good. Strongly reccomended hotel in Saas Fee!!!!

perfect ski in ski out hotel just near the slopes off Saas Fee. Very nice and kindfull personel in the hotel. Good breakfast with a lot off variety, main meal in evenings are well. Bedroom is good with balcony view directly on the slopes. Overall: very good stay at Bristol Hotel

It's hard to find an hotel which is genuinely perfect in the balance of cost and quality but this is one! And it does this not by glitz and flash but by amazing staff who always go the extra mile to make your stay just right. The food is also really exceptionally good, both in terms of value and quality. The rooms are excellent and again amazing value for money. This place proves that skiing in Switzerland is not just for the very rich!
