Had a great weeks stay... Comfortable room, nice include breakfast to get the day going, and the owner and staff were all very nice and friendly... Can't wait to return for another visit. Photos are the few from the balcony!

The central location with the balcony overlooking the Allalin River is fantastic. The room was quite large and clean, no complaints there.
The breakfast was terrible. Everything was missing, and it was served in a bakery! The owner was friendly, but the person in charge of breakfast was a surefire way to drive customers away.

The room was of dubious cleanliness.
The pillow had no feathers. The bakery museum was utterly useless. And as for lunch, forget about it; we had to leave the hotel and eat across the street. It was advertised as a superb breakfast... but we found it to be more than basic. Luckily, the waitresses were very pleasant.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and I don't understand the star rating at all. Perhaps it should be closed or have its star rating lowered.
It's a shame about the hotel because Saas-Fee is a beautiful place.

We had a very nice stay in the Hotel Imseng. Nicely sized room with bathtub in great location made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast in neighbour hotel was excellent and rich in choice. Staff we got in touch to was beyond welcoming and made sure we are feeling the best we can. Thank you

Old worn hotel. Of the 8 spotlights in the ceiling in the bathroom, only one actually works. A piece of approx. 15 cm from the plaster fell off the ceiling. Hair dryer in the bathroom held together with cable ties in 2021 !!! Carpet full of stains. Breakfast loveless, choice left a lot to be desired. The hotel didn't deserve 3 stars.

Very bad service. We sat in and were ignored by the waitress for half an hour. So had to continue without ordering anything. It's a shame.

Very poor service... had a reservation for four double bedrooms. As we arrived everything was fully booked. Instead of double bedrooms we were supposed to sleep in a dorm room, which was the dirtiest and most disgusting I have ever seen... At nine o'clock in the evening we had to find a new hotel. Luckily, with help from other accommodation's stuff, we quickly found another one :-)

Super fine fresh baked goods such as almond croissants, fresh vanilla donuts, buttery soft, fragrant pretzels, the finest spinach cakes / quiches! Best Zvieri!
