Zero rating. Worst experience. Arrived at 5am and had a flight at 10am. Was charged 60k TSH. No water in the room could not shower. At the time of leaving, at 8.30 breakfast was not ready yet they said breakfast will be ready by 7am. Hotel owners do not know how to run a hotel

If you want to miss your flight then book this Airport hotel!
The madame at the reception is absolutely incompetent and bored. She didnt even pick up the phone as we were trying to call her at the airport for the shuttle to their hotel. So we had to walk.. with our baggage.. in the heat and dort..

Nevermind, the rooms were okay (AC did Not work) but we could sleep at least.

In the Morning the madame at the reception promised us a shuttle to Airport at 3 am. The driver came 40 minutes late!!!
So we almost missed our flight.

Thank you BL Hotel!

Fine place to sleep, but be aware that if they say they will pick you up, they sometimes don’t show up. I stayed here for 2 nights in overlay of my flights and with both of them they didn’t show. The airco was poor and hygiene was acceptable.

While not top end, still quite a good facility, despite the surrounding properties doing it a disservice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, which is a plus. Even though the soundproofing is poor. Remember triple glazing isn't for everyone.

Basic hotel for one night if you need to stay near the airport. Free pickup from airport.
Food is terrible.
Good price.

I would like to thank receptionist that was working on 28/29.8.2022 for her amazing approach. Since I was destroyed after my day and I needed to wake up early for my another flight, she was very helpful with everything. Asante sana.

Not a good Hotel. The Staff did not speak goog english and I've waitet for one hour for my beer, wich they returned to tell me they did not have. Most of the items on the food menu where not available and we also waitet for about two hours to get the food. The public toilets where standing toilets without any soap or toilet paper. The door to the mens toilet couldn't even be locket. Will never go back. The beer I eventually got where also warm. The Staff where arrogant and did not care for your well being. The only good thing about this hotel is that it it close to the airport. And the young Lady behind the front desk was very helpful when she ordered us a Taxi to the airport. Unfortunatly it stops there.

Of you are on an extremely tight budget and okay with bundu bashing to the hotel where barefooted "reception" staff who sleep on the couches in the lobby, forget to send a driver to pick you up from the airport, and then forget to do your wake-up call then this is the perfect place! The television didn't switch on on the first try, so the staff member just took the remote with her and left.
However, the hotel is neat and tidy and for a no frills or fuss couple of hours' sleep it was fine.
