Loved our stay here. Good size rooms, well stocked, quiet, no nonsense and a short walk from the beach with ample shops and restaurants around. If you're independent minded and don't mind basic accommodations, you can't go wrong saving some money staying here and focusing on doing actually fun things around. Say hi to tiger the cat while you're there!

So far so good. Very well located. Nice modern and clean room. Western style bathroom with independant shower. Table and seat in room and on balcony. Sound proofed well. Great air con. Toaster, kettle, cuttlery and plates. Daily cleaning, water bottles, coffee and tea. Kirk is easily reach by email and answers promptly. 7/11 stores right on the corner towards the Beach. Fresh market is on the opposite side 4xtimes a week. Walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes.

I recently stayed at Vacation Time while visiting Naiyang Beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds are very firm! Housekeeping wasn't done everyday, but we made do. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
