We were allocated a room right at the end of the hotel. My husband’s knee is not the best. So we are if we could have room closer to reception. But was told no. Reception staff were rude when I ask if they have an adapter. Her answers abruptly said go to the shop. Staff at restaurant does not understand about gluten free if when I Google translate for her. Hotel has great pool and location is great

My partner and I had a good stay at the resort. It was a fantastic experience and unfiorgettable! Though we had some issues with how sudden the maintenance on our unit was, moreover, it was good. It's definitely recommended for travelers with a taste of beach experience.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, a peaceful atmosphere, and direct access to a clean, quiet beach. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The pools, the location, and the overall vibe created the perfect relaxing getaway. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

They only let you borrow one beach towel a day. You can’t take two, and if your towel gets wet, you can’t exchange it. That's a surprisingly strict rule for a hotel near the sea that also has four swimming pools🧐
On a positive note, our room was VERY clean. It was serviced daily, including mopping the floor and changing the bed sheets. The staff here are very kind and polite, especially the housekeepers. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel, like this whole area of Thailand, is full of Russian tourists. Another point to note is that there aren't many good food places near the hotel, it's mostly street food trucks, and they all seem to have the same menu.

It was a wonderful stay, they gave us a newly renovated room. The room was situated on the ground floor and was an adjoining room as well. They have 4 swimming pools to have fun in the water and right outside is the beautiful Naiyang beach with a lot food shops, 7/11 everything is at a walking distance. Airport is about 7mins or even lesser depends on the traffic.

Pricey rooms but the infra and the location backs it up. Friendly staff and also the food is good here. Obviously the food is priced more the outside, but we can have it once in a while.

Chanced upon this gem when I was looking for a place to stay for 1 night, after coming back from Phang Nga. Chose this place as it was located very neat Phuket International Airport and I had an early flight.
Rooms were spacious and clean, the resort was close to the beach, and I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Would also recommend Rada Massage which had a 10% discount for hotel guests, located nearby.
Nai Yang Beach is located very far away from the city centre, but as I had no plans to visit the city centre - it worked perfectly.

Nice mid class hotel. Clean and willing to help staff. Well maintained gardens and pool area. Breakfast is average. Located just next to the Nai Yang beach. The food of the restaurant is very tasty and at reasonable price.

The hotel has several pools, plus a splash pool for kids. For just over 200 yuan a night, what more could you ask for? It far exceeded my expectations.

Very large hotel. I recommend booking a villa or room with access to the pool. The hotel has 4 very nice pools. The facilities are very clean. They let me in before the cheking and leave 2 hours later. The area is great there are many places to eat on the beach, good atmosphere, hams on the beach for only 100b and a seven eleven at the door.
