Perennial Resort in Nai Yang

We chose Perennial Resort mainly for its convenient location near the airport, and it was a great choice for us before our early morning flight to Bangkok and then back to Italy. A big plus was the airport transfer included in the price, which made everything easy and stress-free.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and we were even welcomed with a fresh, refreshing welcome drink after our arrival, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in a garden bungalow, spacious enough, well maintained, and with a small private porch where we could relax.

Another advantage is that from Perennial Resort you can easily reach the Sirinat National Park and an area with shops and restaurants with about a 20-minute walk, so you’re not completely isolated.

The only small point that could be improved is the garden area where the bungalows are located: although there are many plants, some did not seem well maintained, and the lawn was quite dry. After two weeks in Thailand staying in resorts with lush greenery and flowers, this garden felt a bit less cared for.

That said, this is a minor detail and it doesn’t affect the overall positive experience. Overall, Perennial Resort offers excellent value for money and is a very convenient, comfortable option if you need to stay close to Phuket Airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the Phuket airport. Neatly furnished. Service was amazing. We ordered food passed the room services time, but the staff was nice enough after we ordered and paid to drop off the meals to the room. I would have given them 5 star on the rooms, but our hot water did not work. The grounds was well kept, super cute cottage feel. Loved it! Wished I had more time there.

Walking distance to the beach. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They set up many of our tours and taxis. Would stay there again.

This was my second time staying at Perrenial Resort. The first time was only for one night but this time I stayed 10 nights and my girl friend came to join on the last three days.
I arrived somewhat late and check-in. There was a small issue at check-in when they could not find my reservation but it was sorted quickly. When I arrived in the room I was disappointed by the following.
1) The room safe was key only and they had not provided the key. It clearly could have been electronic as it took batteries but the batteries were missing and the front desk told me that it only used a key. I was not very happy about that because with key operated safes, it is possible someone has a copy of the key, and it made me anxious.
2) There were stains and hairs on the sheets.
3) There was a mosquito flying around the room.
I ended up asking for another room. Initially they tried to give me a windowless room behind the front desk that was swarmed with mosquitos. I refused. They moved me into a much better room, a villa, on the edge of the property. I was much more satisfied with this room. It was bigger, cleaner, and quieter.
The next day they asked me if I would be willing to move to another room. They offered me another standard room. I refused. They offered me an even better villa, but I refused on principle because I did not want to change rooms again. They later conceded that I could stay in my current villa.
This hotel is pretty good overall and the price is reasonable if not a little high for a three star in Phuket. The location is good near the airport and Sirinat National Park, the facilities are good, the breakfast is good, and the service is OK but could use some improvement.

It's a convenient 10-minute walk from the airport. The property is located in a garden, which I'd recommend for those arriving late or needing to stay near the airport beforehand. The service was also good; they helped with my luggage.

Right by the airport, the surrounding area isn't much to look at, but the hotel itself and its attached restaurant are absolutely fantastic. In fact, that meal was the highlight of my entire trip!

We booked this place to stay off a late flight arrival for one night before our onward journey into Phuket the following day.
I emailed the hotel and requested to be collected, this was confirmed in form of an email reply. I also sent a WhatsApp once landed and again was met with a reply, assuming by the owner.
Our name was listed just outside gate 2 and 3 and then picked up by the owner. We booked a family room, resort hotel was basic but very cosy, boutique style. There a tea and coffee making supplies in room and water in the fridge. Absolutely no issues with this place, it was perfect for what we needed. Keep up the good work 👏🏽

2nd time staying at Perennial. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The shower is a bit old though. The bed and pillows are lovely. As are the room deco.

Great for a quick stop on the way to the airport. We only stayed for 4 hours but service was good and room was big and clean. Free shuttle to and from the airport which is why we booked it as we wanted to shower before heading to the airport.
