Very good place to stay for couples! The price is good, you have a balcony with see view and a great massage place in the first floor.

Over €80 per night in high season is not justified for what was offered. The room was clean and spacious, and drinking water was provided free of charge.
On the positive side, the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, they charged an exorbitant price of 400 baht for a taxi to the pier, which seemed unprofessional.
Overall, the service was unaccommodating: a late check-out of just three hours was refused despite many rooms being available. This cost us an entire planned day of vacation – unacceptable at this price.
There was no hot water in the shower. The bathroom and toilet are combined, so after showering, the entire bathroom is flooded.
The television is ancient, didn't work, and only showed lines (see photo).
In addition, despite booking through Booking.com, a 5% fee was charged on the room price for card payments.
Location: Very noisy due to its proximity to the road.
Positive: Only about a 1-minute walk to the beach.
Overall, in my opinion, the accommodation is worth no more than €30 per night. For the price paid, it lacks comfort, service, and fairness.

Well located and with extraordinary staff, it needs a little renovation to be more attractive.

Such a nice and relaxing stay. The owners are sooooo nice and so helpful. The room is very nice. No bugs, no noises. Ocean view and they provide towels, soap and a tv as well as local recommendations for food and activities. So nice. We needed to bleach some clothes that got ruined by a different laundry service and they provided us a with a bucket to do so, amazing location, amazing price, amazing owners.

The location is great, the house is very close to the beach, and there are supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for eating and drinking. The room amenities are decent. The Wi-Fi signal is a bit weak in some rooms, not all, but it's better in rooms closer to the stairs. The staff are very friendly, and the room price is reasonable. It's a good choice.
