Baan Boa Guest House in Patong

Our stay was great—though it’s a bit away from the beach, it’s a solid choice if you’re a backpacker looking for a good hotel.

Absolutely loved it! The rooms, the view I got from my balcony, the distance from the city center and everything else was simply amazing!

Rooms are spacious and clean with lots of hot water and are cleaned on request
Stairs are a bit steep so if you have any mobility problems make sure you can book a room on the ground floor

Had a great stay at Baan Boa guest House patong.. it is located just 1.2 km from Patong beach and Bangla Road. The rooms were neat and clean, very big. you will get water bottle , electric kettle, small refrigerator almira locker etc. Believe me at this price range you will not get better than this guest house in entire Patong area. The hotel staff was very generous and there hospitality was too great. I would really recommend this guest house for those who want a best value for money Room.

Stayed there for three nights .good value for money .receptionist helped a lot .but place bit far from crowded area.if you are walkable person you can stay here.less cost .more restaurant and bars at walking distance

A very good place for a fair price

Good price for a large room, with fridge and air conditioning. Internet worked very well
