We’ve stayed at several hotels in Bangkok by now, and when it comes to location, Pathumwan Princess Hotel is definitely one of the best. It’s very central and everything is easy to reach.

The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was also large and spotless. For the location and the room alone, we would definitely come back again.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Bangkok, where the selection was more varied and extensive. The club lounge was okay, but not particularly special either.

What really stood out to us was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed here for 7 night. The executive suite we stayed in is clean and new, very well maintained. Amazing view of the surroundings at 26th floor. Free access to lounge daily with free canapés, wine, beer and cocktail. Has a sports centre on site where you can rent rackets & courts to play badminton, squash and tennis. Directly connected to MBk which houses a 24 hrs Don Din Donki, 711, whole floor selling electronics products (eg. phones, cameras, computers), another floor for anime cafe & merchandise, , cinema, KTV, supermarket etc. Bring empty luggage and buy everything here. Walk thru MBK to reach National Stadium BTS which connects you to all other tourist spots. You can also use the elevated sheltered walkway to walk all the way to Central World, Platinum Mall. Probably won’t choose another hotel for our next visit too.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last month. We will definitely come back again.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, it will make you easy to relax and feel at home after a long day.

The service throughout our stay was excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly.

The location is great as it offers direct access to one of the biggest malls in the area, which is incredibly convenient. Whether you’re looking for place to shop, dine at a variety of restaurants, or even squeeze in a workout at the gym, everything you need is just a short walk away.

One of the best hotels in the heart of Bangkok, offering exceptional convenience with easy access to many of the city’s most popular destinations. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay.

The room was impeccably clean and perfectly sized for my mother and me, providing both comfort and functionality. I especially loved the bathroom—it was beautifully designed and felt like a true highlight of the space.

Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options that catered to both Asian and Western tastes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented.

Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and it was truly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. This was my first time staying in a hotel that is also connected to a shopping mall, which made the experience even more special.

All the staff and employees were kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The location of the hotel was excellent — everything I needed was very close by. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and felt almost unreal.

However, there was one small issue that bothered me. At the beginning, they encouraged us to upgrade to a bigger room at a higher price, and after we paid, they informed us that we also had to pay a deposit. This should have been clearly communicated from the start.

Despite that, it was still one of the best experiences. Once I saw the incredible view and the level of luxury the hotel offered, I no longer felt upset.

The buffet had a very wide variety of food, which I really appreciated. Although the food personally wasn’t to my taste, this is just my opinion — my family really enjoyed it and were very satisfied.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Excellent. I was impressed with their service and the outlook of the hotel despite this hotel has been here for a few decades.

Great experience. There's some issues with the water heater during midnight and the hotel staff (Heng) upgraded the room for us with no additional cost and delivered a box of chocolate to our room. Appreciated his good service.
Very happy and pleasant stay here. Wonderful location, easy access to so many shopping malls.

Conveniently located next to MBK and near to national stadium bts. Room is big and spacious. Bed and pillow are comfortable.

The locations is very convenient. It just next to MBK shopping mall. It accessible to Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon. The room is spacious, clean and neat. We love the body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner especially the body lotion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety western and eastern food. The restaurant can accommodate many people. They also have gym and swimming pools. This hotel is suitable for families with children and teens. It’s our fourth time to stay here. We definitely will be back soon.

My last stay with them is before Covid, everything was prefect, in fact is my choice whenever going to Bangkok. However, this time round, it’s become one of the most disappointing experience for a 5 stars hotel, almost all staff except the staffs during morning breakfast has service, the rest will treat u like transparent..

Room was alright, can tell it’s old but well maintained, water pressure is so low, toilet stuck twice in 3 days. Another issue I faced is the lift, lift was so old, card reader can read sometime can’t read, have to visit the front desk 4times in 3days to have it fix..

3th June 2.30-3pm there is a electrical shut down, staff was not well trained at all, making my whole family walk here and there and eventually to the bar to sit, staff offer me to get a drink, when refused, a few staff was looking at me like I was not suppose to be there…

What a shame for a 5-stars hotel to have such services, there is no excuse to have such service considering the hotel has been around for 20+ years.. has this hotel pass his prime?

Only saving grace is, when I approached the front desk manager, she is really nice and kind, accepting the comment with grace. She is the only positive staff I made throughout the stay.. sorry forgotten your name, but thank u so much! All the best to u…
