Next to central world mall and few minutes by walk to platinum where you can shop till you drop 😂.

The swimming pool does not offer access for children. Nonetheless, it is a family-friendly option, although it is not the most suitable. The location is ideal as it is centrally located, providing access to all the activities and attractions you may wish to visit. My husband and my son enjoy a 600-metre walk to Topkart, which has recently opened. This hotel would suit couples in a romantic setting and business travelers with varying needs.
The staff are attentive and polite, what's more important to me - I can communicate with them - they speak and understand English well. Something I found unique was assistance can be easily obtained through the app, which I was a bit surprise that the QR code was uniquely tagged to each room. It makes it more personal, I supposed. I was pleasantly surprise at the rate the staff responded to the messages sent via the app - it was within 2 minutes! and more importantly, they acted fast, too. Prompt service to address the needs!
The breakfast spread is wide - a good variety that we took a few days to try out most of the stations and the food taste good. Even though we may look around to find what we need, the staff were able to assist to get the beverages to us, saving us the time to wait. This is in particular helpful for families who have the young or the elderly to take care of at the dining table. Good job!
As we need to check out early in the morning to catch a flight, breakfast was packed for us - a lot more than what I would expect (compared to some other hotels) - again, it offered choices of 3 beverages, 3 different fruits, and apart from pack of cheese sandwiches, it came with several pieces of croissants and other pastries.

day and relax . doormen and bellboy took their jobs seriously help us checking and checking if our ride is nearby and ready to load our luggages . Bfast spread wide selection very yummy and all served HOT and fresh.
