Be careful.
They charge a final cleaning fee of 5,000 baht, a towel change fee of 200 baht, and a one-time cleaning fee of 2,000 baht during your stay.
I booked and paid $250 per night through Booking.com,
but the villa manager kept demanding additional fees, saying I booked too cheaply.
If the overall condition was good, I'd understand the additional fee,
but if it's in the same condition as the photos, even 700 baht is a waste.
1) They demanded 5,000 baht for a cleaning fee. They claimed this fee covers the cost of cleaning the room after check-out.
2) They provided only two towels per room regardless of how many days you stayed. Ultimately, the traveler had to do the laundry themselves.
3) I thought they were cicadas, but they were cockroaches. They didn't die even after being hit about 20 times with a broom.
4) The manager is Russian. I paid 5,000 baht and asked for just 8 more towels. They said they would ask Master and call me back, but no one contacted me until I checked out.
