Baan Souy Resort in Pattaya

This place is great and has nice surprises each succession visit. I want to come back again. The other guests are so welcoming! This is a resort community. Some stay for a month every year. This could become a habit!?

Nice resort and quiet. The view in the pool is peaceful. The staffs are friendly. The room is good, AC works perfectly. Only thing is i didnt find iron in the room to iron my cloths. Also, i prefer the door locks to be key cards instead if actual keys which we should give it to the receptionists whenever we leave and take it when we come back.. key cards will save everyone’s time..Also no tooth bursh or tooth paste which is a basic things to put for any guests! The location was ok but no 7/11 nearby. There is small shop around the cornet with the laundry service but it have very limited grocery. Overall it was a nice stay and may come back again despite the above feedbacks.

The room was very clean, the pool was nice, and the service was good. The shower water temperature was a little unstable.

Breakfast started too late, the restaurant staff were cold and silent, and the counter staff were very helpful.

Just stay here! Simple. They treated me as if I was the only guest or the one that mattered most. Where else do you get that feeling? This place made me feel good and especially when I was not well. They brought my food bedside when needed. I stayed here two separate weeks. With a week in between @Bangkok. This place has a feel that makes me want to come back too.

This review is based on a 4-night stay.

Location: Perfectly located between Pattaya and Jomtien. It’s about a 20–25 minute walk or a 10-minute ride by tuk-tuk to either.

Check-in & Staff: Smooth check-in process with polite and helpful staff.

Room: I stayed in a studio-type room, and it was excellent in terms of location within the property, interior, size, and cleanliness.

Hotel: The pool, garden, and overall atmosphere were amazing. It felt like a cozy, hidden paradise. The garden, with its birdsong, squirrels, and beautiful plants was absolutely enchanting.

Breakfast: If you’re a Mediterranean like me, don’t expect too much. The options are limited, but overall it was an "Ok" breakfast. The dining area is small, though you can enjoy your meal in the garden if you prefer. (One note: the gentleman serving breakfast wasn’t very friendly — he had a rather stern expression, which isn’t the most pleasant sight first thing in the morning.)

Conclusion: I had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering staying here.

The hotel is well located, clean, quiet, calm. Breakfast is so-so, if I had known, I would not have taken it. The attitude is good

One of the best places to stay in the heart of Pattaya. The management and staff are both very kind and professional. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by a fantastic environment and then moving on to the pool, we felt that this place was a place to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. A small "oasis"
All parts of the hotel, including the rooms, are very clean and tidy. In my opinion, the breakfast was filling and very tasty.
There is a construction site opposite the hotel, but for us it was not disturbing at all
Overall, the Baan Souy Resort is an excellent choice 🙂

Very good price-quality ratio, good western breakfast. The pool is small, doesn't get much sun exposure, but it's clean and nice to relax in.
