We stayed in a couple room that has a jacuzzi and pool access. It was a fantastic experience and the pool is very beautiful and also clean. From the outside it feels like a four-star hotel, full of trees, elegant tasteful Thai design of architecture, with an outstanding family-friendly pool. However, facilities inside do feel a little bit old (yet still in a good condition). Also they could have done better with breakfast. On the first day buffet breakfast was alright; their fried rice tasted very good I have to say. However, probably due to the fewer number of guests on the following days, they changed to serve breakfast as a set and there’s only one menu (eggs, bacons, toasts, and sausages) with options for eggs. Overall, it’s a nice experience. The hotel has so much potential for more improvement. They have already got all the resources. Regarding the location, the hotel is in a quiet area and walkable to beach, convenient stores, bus station and good restaurants, which has really saved us taxi fees. Staff are sweet. Very impressed.

Amazing villa! Friendly staff. Really enjoy our stay there!

The facilities are old and the location is remote. The nearest supermarket is more than 10 minutes' walk away. Most importantly, the insecticide treatment wasn't done and there were ants in the bed. At nearly 600 RMB, it's a poor value for money in Pattaya. I stayed for one night and then left...

Nice location and good

Waiting for check-in for a long time, lots of mosquitoes. It's not close to any convenience stores, and there are no street lights nearby. It's very dark, so it's very inconvenient to go shopping. There is no free Wi-Fi provided, so you have to use your own data. The check-out was a very long wait and there were a lot of mosquitoes. After they gave me the receipt, they said they would show it to them again and check their records. It was very troublesome and I won’t go there again.

It is a 3 star hotel that is older but well maintained. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 900 m from the beach and is very quiet.
