Villa Navin Beach Residence in Jomtien Beach

Paid for "delux" room 1000 THB (30+ USD). Rude and lazy staff even did not bother to explain where the building is located (area is quite big). At the room there are no single chair, no table, even no phone to contact reception (should use mobile or Line App). Torn "welcome" towel, strange yellow bed linen. The bed advertised as "extra long", but matress is much shorter. What the point? The scratched refrigerator is useless, because you cannot open freezer section - there are a huge block of ice inside and bad smell. Looks like they did not defrost/clean it for months. Air conditioner is almost died, does not produce any cool. The drainage system in bathroom is very bad. Just 2 minutes of shower and you stay in water ankle-deep. After complains about furniture, the staff brought a plastic table with holes and 2 scratched plastic chairs. About everything else they just repeat "sorry, we cannot do anything".
The room advertised as "close to the beach", but actually it is located in opposite side of property area with balcony faced to busy Jomtien 2nd road. So you have to listen the noise almost all night.
Summary: awful place. Even for 400-500 THB you can find much better place.

We checked into Villa Navin yesterday but unfortunately realized shortly after arrival that it just wasn’t the right fit for us.
The staff were very kind and genuinely tried their best to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. They were friendly and helpful throughout the short time we were there.
The rooms were clean and in decent condition — nothing bad to say in terms of cleanliness. However, there is no elevator, and we were assigned a room at the very back of the property, which involves quite a bit of walking. As someone in our group has mobility issues, this was difficult for us. While the hotel offers an internal pick-up service, it didn’t really work out for our situation.
Location-wise, it’s not bad, but there is ongoing construction nearby, and the beach in front is currently closed off due to construction as well, which was disappointing.
Overall, the property may suit others, but after checking in, we realized it simply wasn’t the right choice for our needs.

The AC is near useless and the toilet is even worse than a gas station. The TV out of 421 channels only has 2 foreign channels. The bed was somewhat comfy, the staff were really nice, location was 6min walk from the beach though they claim it's by the beach, well unless you consider the information building which is the bait to grab people. There were free motorcycles who could bring you back, the thing that makes the price high was the pool, but it is fairly deep. We actually got a flu from the AC which means they probably didn't clean for so long, and the "view" was just the parking lot. We paid for 5 days, but only stayed 3 days. Can't standing without AC. And wasted our money. 😣😣😣😣😣😣

The bathroom is dirty and shower rain is not good condition. AC in living room is quite hot.

dirty rooms specially toilet ewww🤮🤮🤮🤮i almost vomite you can see the yellow color in bowl. price is not worth it super duper dirty .we booked some cheap price hotels but very clean and smells good .also staff is not polite.
