The rooms are clean, cheap, and very good. The only downside is there's no elevator, but overall it's great.

The hotel is clean but overall condition could use some improvement. It is near restaurants so it is easy to find dinner.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. NICE STAFF. There is no lift or hot tub; nowhere to sunbathe, although the beach just down the road, but no sunbeds on the beach. The farthest you could get from Jomtien its at the other end of the beach, 35 minutes in a bolt taxi to Pattaya.

5ive beach hotel
Overall, I was very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. Friendly reception, the room was tidy and very clean. The beach was a 3-minute walk away, and there were also good transport links to Pattaya city center. If you wanted a longer walk, you could easily walk there too – just along the beach 🏖️. So, it was definitely worth it again; this was my second time there, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is very clean, friendly staff/owner. I will definitely go there again.
The area around is very quiet and 7 Eleven is quite far away, like 20 min walking. Beach has no services such as sunbeds. There are not really any place to have breakfast..

Have a swimming pool but no sun

The place is nice but there's no elevator going up. If your room is in the 5th floor prepare yourself to climp up and be mindful to your steps because stairs are so small.

Clean bed and bathroom hotel for a quick night stay. Super bargain price, near the sea. The only down side, the place is in an ally that is surrounded by constructions and some run down places. Great service abd helpful from the staff.

On the contrary, very very dirty, air conditioner full of dust, almost no more air came through and made me very Sick. Everywhere dust, lime in the bathroom, Dirt and no sea view as described.
Our recommendation... not a star, and keep their distance. This Hotel you should take the Offers.

Belonging to the house style, the room also good, the master man good and warm, is not very good looking
