The room is nice and the area is quiet, yet our toilet smelled like sewage, not a minor smell, i mean bad. We stayed there for 3 nights and no one came to clean the room, not even once, we had hot water for one day tops and the room is very bright at night - due to the neighbors buildings and the lack of a blackout curtain in the bedroom.
The front desk is hit and miss, sometimes there was someone there and most times not, staff was friendly and kind but for the price we paid, around 3.000 bath a day, it was definitely not worth it.
Location is good.
Breakfast is available as a set and is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly.
I'd like to see improvements to the bathroom odor. When I first entered, there was a sewer smell.

Quiet, peaceful, very clean room, spacious, very clean bathroom, wide balcony, can sit on the balcony, and the owner is very friendly and lovely, good service.
When I arrived, I checked in, walked into the room, the air conditioner was already on.
Which many places don't even have like this.
I only thought about the location a little bit, it's a little bit into the alley, not near a convenience store or anything, but I understand that it's a location that emphasizes peace and privacy. The customers who stay are working people, couples, coming to relax, something like that.
