Swiss Paradise Boutique Villa in Pattaya

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. very friendly staff, comfortable and cozy apartments, pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. the location is convenient for walking to the beach and to the city. I recommend.

I had to stay for a long time in Pattaya, so I carefully chose this hotel after reading reviews on almost all sites. The reputation of Swiss Paradise Boutique Villa was very good, and fortunately, I was able to make a reservation on its homepage. Although email reply was fast, I think it would have been better if there were additional communication methods such as App. They have "line" but I could not find on the homepage. The owner, Hans, is Swiss, and I had no problem communicating with him and his family in English (They speak in English, German, Thai). The airport pick-up and drop-off taxi that this hotel helped me book was the best in terms of condition and driver friendliness. For travelers like us, punctuality and reliability are very important issues, especially when it comes to the airport. The exterior of the building is a new cement building, and the doors are not loose, so they are soundproof. Since it is a small hotel, the lobby is not very large, and there is a bell at the information desk to call the staff. There is a restaurant on the first floor, but I don't know much about it because I didn't eat there, but there are many compliments in other reviews. There is a garden around the pool, so it is a bit shady, but not cold. (I saw that they clean it daily.) The main gate closes at 7pm, and then you can use the side gate, and you are given a separate electronic card. The room is a regular key, not an electronic one. There is a shoe rack outside the entrance, which I liked. It helps keep the room clean because you don't have to leave your shoes inside. A bright room. It has a balcony, and the view is not blocked by a large building, so it was visually comfortable. There is a large TV on the wall, but I didn't use it. The entire hotel has good Wi-Fi. There is a closet on the right side of the room, and there is a safe inside. Oh, and there is a larger room with a cot bed on the first floor. In terms of hygiene, this hotel is excellent. The only thing I saw during my stay was a baby lizard. Aside from hygiene, what I liked the most was the kindness. I was sure they would be friendly based on other reviews, but when I actually experienced it, it was just the kindness I wanted, not too much and not too burdensome. Everyone always had a gentle face and tone of voice, and actively found ways to respond to guests' needs. It seems that the main users are Germans and Russians because it is close to the German community in northern Pattaya. It is not a large enough for a group tour through travel agency, so it is not noisy. It is a good hotel for children because it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center or scenes that are embarrassing for children. If your main purpose of visiting Pattaya is shopping and nightlife, the location may be a bit disappointing, but I actually liked the quietness of not being able to hear the noise of cars on the road or music from nearby bars. The family-run hotel is well maintained and very clean. It is located in a quiet area in the northern part of Pattaya, but you can quickly get to the livelier Na Kluea Road and in a few minutes by pickup taxi to Beach Road or on foot to the local beach. The owners are very friendly and uncomplicated in their response to the needs of their guests and always have good advice. All in all, highly recommended.

It really is like paradise. You are personally welcomed by the owner family. The rooms are a good size even for 2 people and are very clean and lovingly furnished. The shower is also a great size for overweight people. Restaurant, garden, swimming pool etc. etc. everything is spotlessly clean. Hans is even happy to accommodate food requests that are not on the menu. Absolutely the right place to relax. The beautiful Wongamat beach is also just a few minutes' walk away. Stayed at the villa for 2 nights. A home turned into a hotel which gives this relaxed sentiment. The hotel was very clean, low dense and quaint. Rooms are renovated nicely and decorated. The bed was super comfy! Whenever my partner and me wanted to go to town, we would just walk for about 20mins to Beach Road. For those who don't like walking, there's always tuk-tuks further down the road (5-10mins walk) that brings you to the main area. It was a pleasant stroll as it wasn't too hot at that time (mid-December). Finally, Hans, the owner of the hotel was very friendly, he even offered us a ride to the airport after checking-out. There's nothing bad to say about this home/hotel :) I'd certainly come back if the opportunity rises.

I, with my family stayed at Swiss Paradise Boutique Villa for two nights, last week. Actually my plan was for one night only. But since my children loved the room and the beautiful swimming pool (kids-friendly) we decided to stay for one more night. It was a very cosy room and close to the beach, Terminal 21 shopping centre and the bus station. The rate of the room and breakfast was very reasonable. The host (Mr. Hans, his wife, son and receptionist) were very hospitable and caring. He gave us direction and helped us to get to the bus station on time.

GORGEOUS RETREAT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! We have had a wonderful stay at Swiss Paradise. Rated 9.4, thats is not for nothing!! That's an amazing score which is well deserved due to: Cleanliness, comfort, quietness, very attentive ownership (Mr. Hans and his wife and son). A cozy place for those who wish to relax. Good balcony and refreshing swimming pool. A well stocked minibar with very affordable drinks. A good breakfast with very affordable dishes too. The well equipped room is good value for money too. In the garden lots of orchids and other tropical plants. We loved it!

Swiss Paradise (SP) was such a nice surprise per last minute booking. SP is small, but just so well kept, clean and owners are oh so nice...wonderful people! Room on 2nd floor was very clean, quiet and bed very comfortable. Price per night is very reasonable. Would stay here again, most definitely.
