Staff is so nice. Place is near the Pattaya Beach.

The location is fantastic. The service at the front desk was good. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but overall, it's a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again.

Very cozy and clean, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

A wonderful hotel very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful from reception the porters and the cleaners swimming pool on the 3rd floor was nice and refreshing and the room was great ,the view from the balcony was just a grey wall but you can’t have everything.😊Thanks everyone who works there for a lovely stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Aya Boutique Hotel Pattaya. The staff behavior is world-class—they are incredibly guest-friendly and genuinely care about your comfort.
I was especially impressed by how accommodating they were with a personal request to change my room; they handled it quickly and graciously to ensure I was happy. The warm atmosphere makes you feel like you're staying at home rather than a hotel. If you want a place that prioritizes guest satisfaction in a prime location, this is it. Highly recommended

Our stay at AYA Boutique was nothing short of excellent! For the price range, this is truly one of the best options you can find in the area. The location is amazingly convenient, right in the lane of Ripley’s, with the beach and Walking Street just a couple of steps away. Everything you need, from restaurants to shops and entertainment, is right around the corner.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are thoughtfully arranged. The swimming pool may be tucked away inside the building, but it is cozy, well kept, and a nice retreat after a day out. The property is also guest friendly, as long as you respect the room capacity.

But the real star of our stay was Ms. Mui, the manager. She is an absolute gem, professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we had the smoothest experience possible, even assisting us with a booking change that was technically non-refundable. Her dedication and genuine care turned a good stay into a truly memorable one. It’s rare to come across someone who treats guests with such personal attention, and we are extremely grateful for all her support.

The rest of the staff were equally excellent, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Together, they made us feel right at home.

With ample amenities around, excellent service, and unbeatable location, this hotel offers amazing value. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again and again. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay here. The rooms are good. It is well maintained with all amenities needed to make your stay is comfortable. The desk is available 24/7 which is really helpful. The check-in process was smooth and the staff is really helpful. The staff is supportive and listens carefully. The location is right near to beach and 10 mins walk to walking street. There is a swimming pool. i didn’t use it but it was well maintained. There is a laundry place nearby and restaurants including Indian restaurants at walking distance. All and all I had a good experience. No complaints.
