The Stay Hotel in Pattaya

I have stayed at The Stay Hotel on Soi 10 multiple times now, and it is always the first place I look to book when visiting Pattaya. The location is unbeatable: depending on how fast you walk, it's about a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5–10 minute stroll to Central Mall and the Pattaya Night Bazaar. You can find everything you need nearby—there's a 7-Eleven less than a 5-minute walk away, and laundry spots, souvenir shops, and food are in every direction.
The rooms are spacious with plenty of room to move around, and the bathrooms feature large showers with excellent water pressure. I also really appreciate the decent-sized balconies, which comfortably fit more than one person—perfect for relaxing outside together. The staff here are consistently kind, courteous, and nothing short of amazing.
Things to Note: The hotel is over a decade old now, so the exterior is starting to look a bit outdated, which is to be expected given its age and close proximity to the beach and the elements. Some interior aspects like the TVs and outlets are also showing their age. Additionally, there is currently construction happening at the Sawasdee Sea View hotel directly across the street. I’m not sure if it’s being remodeled or torn down, but be aware there is some construction noise during the day.
Despite these minor points, the comfort, location, and service far outweigh everything else. I love The Stay and will definitely be back!

This is a nice older hotel close to Beach Rd. Rooms are large with a nice balcony to sit on. Area is quiet, rooms are affordable, staff is great and the morning breakfast was decent. The hotel is definitely showing its age as well. There are a few delapitated buildings across the street so you don't have much of a view.

Amazing hotel great location and welcoming staff have always stayed here. And will always return here.

Good hotel near all amenities good for a few nights stop over

Location is on a very quiet soi, still it is very central, a few minutes walk to the beach road, central festival and many restaurants and bars. The rooms are big with comfort bed and a strong hot water current at the shower. A large balcony with a view to the street and the sea that is about 100 m away. Breakfasts have a small selection but it is fresh and tasty. Parking is easy at the hotel parking.

Overall nice place, good but quiet location. Decent enough breakfast and most staff are great. One guy staff member needs to be more polite working night shift. Saw twice at different times, cheer up guy
