We stayed at the hotel in August 2025. Overall, the property was satisfactory, and the swimming pool was a nice feature. However, we encountered an unfortunate incident that left us very disappointed. During housekeeping, our Starbucks mugs went missing. These mugs are meaningful souvenirs that we collect from every country we visit. Unfortunately, we only realized they were gone after our return flight

A good hotel, the staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day, the rooms are excellent, the pools are clean and intact, the minus is that the pool area is not cleaned every day and there is no shuttle to the sea, overall I really liked the hotel!

Somebody wash the floors! Please wash the floors with hot water and cleaner. The floors are filthy. The cleaning in general is weak (Just wiping stuff down with a wet cloth) there was sticky stuff all over the table when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I Loved the design of the loft and having a kitchen was handy. The wifi is great! And...

A wonderful place really enjoy. The staff is extremely friendly. Good cleaning service everyday . It was easy for to reach the beach Nai Harn. I went there on foot I am really thankful to administrator who informed me that I had left my sweater. It was so sweet . Next time I will definitely stay there again

Totally loving this place which we stayed for 4nights. Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is relatively new with great amenities including a large lagoon and gym. The room is spacious and modern with great housekeeping. Not far from the hotel is Nai Harn beach and there are many shops on the main street which makes it highly accessible and convenient especially if you are riding.

Very suitable for family travel, it is a three-story villa not far from Lawei Beach. The butler service is the most praiseworthy. Although the English is not very good, it is basically possible to communicate. The swimming pool is quite clean, although it is a bit small, but it is enough for fun. 3-storey villa, designed by a designer in Thai style. A great place to spend a holiday with family, clean, quiet, caring staff, free shuttle bus to Rawai Beach and Nai Harn. Clean private pool, the villa has everything you need for life, walking distance to good restaurants and a 7/11 store. Thanks to the staff, we hope to return next year!

The service was good. They took us to rent a motorcycle and were very friendly. However, the room did not provide toothbrushes. It can only accommodate 6 people and the bed is very small. If there are more than 6 people, there will be an additional charge.

The room is generally good. The security guard at the door will help me open the door and park my car no matter how late it is. If there is any problem, it will be solved for me as soon as possible. The room is clean and the tableware is complete.

We stayed at the By the Lake Villas and were very pleased. Everything is as in the photo: the furniture is new, stylish, everything is clean and tidy. We especially liked the pool - with crystal clear water, just a dream. And the huge smart TV became a real salvation for an evening rest, especially when you don't want to go anywhere. Yes, the villa is not right by the sea (about a kilometer), but...

Very cost-effective, very convenient to drive by yourself, Full facilities, kitchen has everything, swimming pool is very clean, washing machine on the rooftop. Sanitation: quite clean, very safe to live in. Service: The doorman and housekeeper are very good.

The hotel felt really cozy, just like home. We stayed in room 17, which is part of a row of five single-story bungalows. They have sliding glass doors with blackout curtains. Our spacious room included a main area and a bathroom with a toilet. The bed was huge (made of two parts), which was perfect for me at 6'1". There were two bedside tables with lamps, a large wooden wardrobe with a safe inside...

We really enjoyed our stay here for 6 nights. Rooms were cleaned daily, lovely pool, nice Thai food. Easy to Mini-Mart and the beach! We hope to stay here again!

Very good for the money. The location is great. The staff is very responsive. It's a shame there are no sidewalks to walk to the sea, but that's not their fault.

One night stay at this place but good value for money. Short walk to Naiharn beach and a couple of restaurants in reach. Recommended!

This was the quietest and most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our trip. It was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent facilities, including a private pool. At around 920, it's perfect for couples and far exceeded my expectations. The only downside is the location, but it was ideal for us since we planned to eat seafood in Rawai, go shooting at the Golden Shooting Range, and watch the sunset...

This villa is absolutely amazing! I honestly think my photos look even better than the official ones! I didn't have high expectations when I booked it because it was Chinese New Year and options were limited. I wanted a private pool and good value for money, so this was basically my only choice. Lovely. Villas are located on Sou Khokyang. No restaurant on site but fully equipped kitchen and only a few minutes drive to Rawai. Pool well maintained and very clean. Comfortable bed with really nice linen. We had a wonderful time and regret not staying longer

We absolutely loved everything. The villa was perfect for two people, very cozy, secluded, and peaceful. It's an ideal spot for a couple to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. Everything was comfortable, clean, and meticulously thought out. We left with nothing but pleasant memories 💛

The environment is great, and the service attitude is excellent. There's no discrimination against Chinese people here, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend it for couples or families traveling together.

Checkout was very early and the ac was so loud and strong that we had to turn it fully off at night, which then turned the room into a hot box. AC was not adjustable at all. Unfortunate, because the location is good

The hotel room is very clean and the service is good. It is close to Nai Harn and Rawai Beach. It took 15-20 minutes to get there by taxi. There is a 7/11 and a brunch place near the hotel. The pool is clean, my son liked it very much. The interior of the hotel is nice. However, the location of the air purifier in the room seemed to be in the wrong place. I really liked this hotel; it's secluded and peaceful. There are shops and cafes nearby. You definitely can't walk to the beach, but it's an easy ride on a scooter.
