Pretty good. My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive.

Fantastic experience at the shore ! This place is a high end resort that is as close to paradise as you can get for couples. Extremely satisfied! The resort's environment and rooms are beautiful. The staff were very friendly towards Chinese guests. I regret not staying a few more days. Plus, the hotel has its own water purifier, so the water quality is quite good.

We had a fantastic stay at Mandarava Resort in Phuket. The hotel definitely feels more luxurious and is set beautifully on the side of a hill, which gives you some brilliant views across the area. Pros: Has a private beach, and the sea is clean and beautiful, allowing you to avoid the crowds. Cons: 1. Check-in was quite slow. I arrived at 3 PM to check in, but wasn't informed that my room was ready until around 3:40 PM. 2. The location is a bit secluded, with not much to see or do nearby.
