The hotel's pool was very comfortable and spacious. The front desk service was great, and one of the staff members spoke excellent Chinese. Overall, the service was good

My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive

The environment here is pretty good, and there are a lot of swimming pools. I stayed for three nights, and on the first night, my room wasn't cleaned, even though I had requested housekeeping

The hygiene was excellent, and the room smelled lovely. This hotel is located in the southern part of Phuket, near Nai Harn Beach, which is a bit out of the way, but the upside is that it's not noisy

However, the restaurant didn't have a price list, and the prices were very inflated, so I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel's massage service is highly recommended – it was excellent

Even though it was a bit crowded after Chinese New Year, the service was still on point, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

We stayed in the Family Connecting Room. It was excellent — connected but separate, with a door between. The AC was quiet and easy to adjust, and the balcony had a great view. Everything was very clean across the hotel

It was a perfect stay for my friend and I. Although we wished the shuttle could have more time slots to the beach but they also provide bikes. It was very easy to get to Nai Han beach (which had such huge waves)

I was nervous at first but ended up jumping too. The slide was a nice touch as well. We got lucky with a local market one evening just outside the hotel — great street food and a fire show

The pool area was a highlight: lots of loungers, not too crowded, and a shaded amphitheatre-style seating area. My son loved the 5-meter jump into the pool — safe and open daily

We rented a villa and stayed for 21 Den. Everything went perfectly, the transfer was on time, cleaning was done every 3 days. Swimming pool, garden cleaning and deratization. Security. I recommend everything

We always ask you to reserve a car in advance; upon arrival, it is already waiting for us at the villa. The service works quickly, any questions and requests are resolved instantly

The villa was very nice as the pictures, and very convenient. Just only 200m from 7-11 and have lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. The overall is very good.

There’s a 7-Eleven just a 1-minute walk away, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely come back again! Totally worth it!

After a long flight from Germany I arrived at the airport tired and just wanting to sleep, so I took a taxi to the hotel, where the staff greeted me with smiles and even carried my bags to my room for me

They were also helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available for both Thai and international guests

And there are several nearby attractions within easy reach of the hotel, such as Nai harn beach and windmill viewpoint, both of which are well worth a visit

The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a pleasant fragrance the moment I stepped inside. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very kind

I don’t know what people are complaining about but this hotel in Nai Harn is THE BEST. The rooms are huuuge (50 sqm min. which is the biggest I found for its price). The pools and chairs are beautiful to lounge at

There's also the excellent Yanui beach, a little further, which we recommend. Right next to the hotel, you'll find a 7/11, cafes, fruit stalls, and everything else you might need

You can rent a scooter for 250 baht per day, which is cheaper than rental companies and requires no deposit. Nai Harn beach is a 5-minute scooter ride or a 20-minute walk away

This is an excellent hotel in the area at a reasonable price. The rooms are tastefully decorated. A gardener maintains the garden. Breakfasts are simple but good

It's about a 20-minute walk to Nai Harn Beach, but the location itself is good with many shops and cafes nearby. It's better to take a motorbike/taxi to the beach, which is about a 5-6 minute ride by bike

Dear All , If you would like to go to Happy Eight - Resort. The easiest way is come from Soi Samakee 5 where there has a small tesco lotus in the front and keep going around 1 km

He helped finding good restaurants, helping with all my requests and he even carried my groceries when I got something from a grocery store. The maid service was also top notch compared to some other places I stayed

The facilities are in good shape and the other guests mostly kept to themselves

I love this area, this condo is in the middle of the forest through which you can easily get to the beach by 10-15 mins walk. Its rooftop swimming pool with great view and chill water also quite rare to find in condos

Only one unpleasant thing is soundproof, seems like there is none, you can hear the neighbour TV and everything outside, which now is crucial cause there is construction work nearby

Service: Excellent! They offer Chinese-speaking staff, and the hotel's restaurant is fantastic. The beach right outside the hotel is also soft and fine

They even upgraded my room! Check-in was super smooth and everything was on point. The beach is right downstairs 🏖️ and you can grab free towels from the concierge, plus use the hotel's umbrellas and chairs

Of the minuses, the road is directly opposite the houses, 10 meters or less, at night huge buses with Chinese arrive at the hotel nearby, it is noisy if you sit outside. You can't hear this noise in the room itself

A very decent hotel! The cost in the low season is 1000 baht per night for a stay of less than a week, in the high season - 3000 baht, but if you stay longer, the cost is more favorable

A very beautiful beach. Not as crowded as Kata Beach, which is completely packed, but here at Nai Harn Beach there are plenty of quiet spots available. We really enjoyed our day here.

Another disadvantage can be considered the high cost of the cafes located in the hotel, which is an order of magnitude higher than the generally accepted prices in cafes in the area

Cleaning is done every day, the rooms are well maintained, the air conditioning is working, the electricity is stable, Wi-Fi is very fast, and throughout the entire hotel

This bar is right next door (audible from the backyard facing rooms) - noise from the main street bc of cars and bikes (audible from both rooms) - far away from the beach, so need to take a taxi / rent a scooter

There's even a clothes dryer! Housekeeping came daily; there's a special sign for the door. They didn't change the bed linen, but towels, bathrobes, and slippers were replaced regularly

The food was delicious, and there's a bar with karaoke and billiards, creating a friendly and warm atmosphere! The hotel has a resident cat and two dogs, plus some chickens! We had no issues at all with check-in or check-out

There were two bedside tables with lamps, a large wooden wardrobe with a safe inside, and a dresser with a TV and a mini-fridge. They also provided two foldable luggage racks

I wanted a private pool and good value for money, so this was basically my only choice. But wow, we were blown away the moment we walked in! Two bedrooms, a living room, and a pool. The kitchen has a fridge and microwave

The environment is great, and the service attitude is excellent. There's no discrimination against Chinese people here, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend it for couples or families traveling together.

Villas are located on Sou Khokyang. No restaurant on site but fully equipped kitchen and only a few minutes drive to Rawai. Pool well maintained and very clean. Comfortable bed with really nice linen
