**Outdated and Overpriced – Photos Don't Match Reality**

I stayed at Naiharn Beach Resort and unfortunately need to share an honest warning for potential guests: avoid this property.

**The Good:**
The only genuine positive is the location – it's about a 5-minute walk to Naiharn Beach, which is one of Phuket's most beautiful beaches. That's where the positives end.

**The Bad:**
This hotel is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The photos on their website are wildly misleading and don't reflect the actual condition of the property. What you get is a tired, run-down facility that desperately needs renovation.

**Specific Issues:**
- **Water pressure**: The shower barely produces a trickle. Trying to rinse off after a beach day was an exercise in frustration.
- **Toiletries**: Whatever they're providing as "shampoo" and "body wash" smells awful and is completely unusable. Bring your own products.
- **Cleanliness**: The pillows appeared dirty and stained. This is unacceptable at any price point.
- **Maintenance**: Peeling plaster and crumbling walls throughout the property. It looks abandoned rather than actively managed.
- **Pool**: Calling it a pool is generous – it's bathtub-sized and not worth using.

**The Price Issue:**
At $115 per night WITHOUT breakfast, this is highway robbery. You're paying premium prices for substandard, poorly maintained accommodation. There are far better options in the Naiharn area at similar or lower prices.

**Bottom Line:**
The proximity to Naiharn Beach cannot justify the poor condition, lack of maintenance, and inflated pricing. The gap between advertised photos and reality borders on false advertising. Save your money and book literally anywhere else in the area.
