I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service is zero. It looks much worse in person than it does in the pictures.

When I arrived, no one explained anything to me—not about the hotel, the different buildings, or any of the facilities. They didn't even walk me to my room.

When I finally got to my room, there were dirty marks on the walls/furniture and it stank of acid/chemicals. I messaged the chat to ask for cleaning, but no one ever replied. The smell was so strong that it wouldn't air out during my entire stay.

I do not recommend staying here.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025. Overall, the property was satisfactory, and the swimming pool was a nice feature. However, we encountered an unfortunate incident that left us very disappointed. During housekeeping, our Starbucks mugs went missing. These mugs are meaningful souvenirs that we collect from every country we visit. Unfortunately, we only realized they were gone after our return flight.

A good hotel, the staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day, the rooms are excellent, the pools are clean and intact, the minus is that the pool area is not cleaned every day and there is no shuttle to the sea, overall I really liked the hotel!

The rooms smelled bad, the employees do not know how to take good care of the
Gente.
I went to the lobby, I asked the person at the front desk if he could turn down the music because it was too loud, he got angry and sent me to the room.
They gave me back my 100 usd broken deposit bill and they didn't take care of it.
I would not go back

Somebody wash the floors! Please wash the floors with hot water and cleaner. The floors are filthy. The cleaning in general is weak (Just wiping stuff down with a wet cloth) there was sticky stuff all over the table when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I Loved the design of the loft and having a kitchen was handy. The wifi is great! And I had many online meetings so I appreciated that. The pools are nice but busy and beware of hornets at the rooftop. The room is generally quiet at night, but you can hear your neighbours talking or coughing. The bed is super comfortable! The shower is weird and has low water pressure while the sink has extremely high pressure for some reason. Also lots of ants around. The balcony faced construction so it was quite loud from 7am until about 10pm. Would be nice to have some chairs and a drying rack on the balcony. Not sure why this room didn’t have one. I saw other balconies with this. There’s a lovely restaurant with a nice view. The food I ordered was good, except the breakfast (that was terrible). It’s also far from everything so you need a bike for sure. Overall this place has potential, but needs more attention to details.

A wonderful place really enjoy. The staff is extremely friendly. Good cleaning service everyday . It was easy for to reach the beach Nai Harn. I went there on foot
I am really thankful to administrator who informed me that I had left my sweater. It was so sweet . Next time I will definitely stay there again

Totally loving this place which we stayed for 4nights. Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is relatively new with great amenities including a large lagoon and gym. The room is spacious and modern with great housekeeping. Not far from the hotel is Nai Harn beach and there are many shops on the main street which makes it highly accessible and convenient especially if you are riding.

The loft room is okay and convenient. The receptionist was friendly but we wandered to building B instead of Building A with the receptionist. We walked around with our luggage. We got so tired because I think the receptionist got confused as to where the location of our room is. However, the rooms are okay. Necessary amenities are there like kitchen, big bed, and among others.

Good for a family place to stay long term as there is a spacious gym , infinity pool on the roof for adults, children’s pools with little slides and a restaurant, the staff are friendly and offer a motorbike and car rental service…

The room is very big and has lots of storage and a safe to leave belongings, there is cutlery and cooking utensils and a stove so you can make food if you would like to instead of going out…
