Only stayed one night but this is a wonderful hotel. The staff are fantastic and welcoming. Check in was very quick and efficient. My room was very comfortable, overlooking the pool area. Great bathroom and shower with really hot water and good pressure. Would highly recommend and I'd certainly stay again in future.

The detached bungalows are built of solid concrete and are in good condition. Depending on the category, the rooms are adequately sized to very spacious. The place was a paradise for us. The food, the service, the people, the beach, the sea - all you can think about is amazing! There are a few things need to improve in cottage 23: the air conditioner blows very strongly on the bed, the pillows are uncomfortable and the mattress is sagging on one side. But these are just small things.

We got married here on July 7th 2004. We went back to visit in 2016 and found that it hadn't changed much at all. Very quiet but the beach really is a Coral Bay so be careful!

The location was great; you could see planes taking off and landing right above you. The room itself was quite dated, but fine for a couple of nights (though a bit pricey for what it was).

Great location. Nice pool. Not crowded. On the downside, there are very low-flying planes flying over the hotel at 7 a.m., and the airport is very close.

The location is ideal for enjoying life in Chaweng, yet in a peaceful setting. The building is very new and the facilities are very well maintained. Everything is designed to ensure a wonderful stay in Koh Samui. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly kind. This is my fourth time back here, and it's always a great pleasure to return to Long N Joy.

Amazing! Can’t recommend this place enough the staff are amazing we loved it here didn’t want to leave! Location was brilliant so close to restaurants bars and the beach. The pool was the perfect retreat to relax and soak up the sun. There is also a security guard there overnight.

It's a good hotel for the price! The room that we got was very big when you compare to other hotels in that price range! The only thing we dindt like is that the hotel is quite noisy and you can hear other guests. But over all good hotel!

The room is spacious and has a great location. It is facing to Chaweng lake and the back to the heart of Chaweng. You can walk to Central Department Store and there are plenty of restaurants near by.

Other reviews stating that Malibu is way more dated than the pictures are very accurate. It was fine, not dirty, but just a bit old feeling on the inside of the rooms. Lots of potential but old and definitely not 4 stars. The location is beach front but no good sea to swim in. Tha rooms are huge and cleaned daily but it are old and not pampering. The breakfast is simple and not very tasty. The pool is big and has a lot of sun beds but again a bit old and the atmosphere is dull and not resort level. The staff is very nice and smiling.

It’s been such a wonderful stay. The beach side apartment we stayed is amazing, Paulo and his teamare extremely kind and helpful. Airport pick up was perfectly organised. The apartment, specifically the extremely cosy bed, was so beautiful, with a phantastic private jacuzzi on the terrace. Stay there, it’s worth it!

Lovely accommodation directly on the Mainstreet on the beachside of north samui. I was staying for just 1 night and everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly. Due to the street nearby it was a little noisy until midnight but it’s nothing that oropax could not fix. On the next day I did a quick 10 minute walk to catch my ferry to Koh phangan.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Maya Resort. Perfect room at the back of the resort away from any noise. Very clean. Great facilities like. High chair and cutlery / bowls plates for little ones. Lovely clean pool with lots of toys and great kids club which was supervised by a friendly Nanny. Breakfast was a good selection and you can order from the menu or have the buffet so that’s great. An absolutely wonderful hotel! We only stayed for one night as we were heading to Koh Phangan the next morning. The cleanliness was impeccable, it was quiet and peaceful, and the grounds were very beautiful and well-maintained. There's a new, nice 7-Eleven nearby, as well as a small street food court. Secret Garden is my go-to place on Koh Samui. All staff are welcoming, friendly and treat me like family. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-positioned on the beach or around the pool. Food and drinks are very good coupled with weekly entertainment adds a big perk! I highly recommend Secret Garden!

The pool is really nice and being right on the beach is a plus. Reception was friendly at first, but often absent when we needed them. The restaurant staff weren’t very welcoming, and the room felt a bit strange, with the bathroom not well maintained. We didn’t stay at Samui Pier but did visit for lunch and let our teenagers burn off some energy in the water park. And returned multiple times over our 2 week stay further along the beach. They have an extensive menu, all well priced. The service is great, very friendly and family oriented place. A good hotel right in the centre of Chaweng beach, there’s a lot of bars around and can get noisy but we had a room at the back near the pool and couldn’t hear anything from outside at night. The hotel was clean and had lots of good restaurants just along the street so was perfect for us

Myself & my partner were lucky enough to spend 2 weeks over Christmas at this amazing resort. We stayed in a traditional style bungelow with a sea view that had modern fascilities. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were cleaned daily also.
