As soon as we arrived and checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Molly and K. Sanook. Their hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable at home. The service was beyond words — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They also gave us many great recommendations for places to visit and delicious food around Samui. We were truly impressed and not disappointed at all. Already looking forward to our next trip and staying at ibis Samui again!❤️

I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Samui Bophut. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The staff were friendly, the property was clean and well maintained, and the beachfront location was fantastic. The pools, breakfast, and overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit small, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. However, considering the affordable price and good facilities, it was not a major issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Koh Samui.

Great hotel very family and dog friendly. Plenty for the children to do with pool table , table tennis , child pool with slide, borrow games and books, internet is good and pc stations for your use. Buffet breakfast is excellent value and plenty choice with an egg and noodle station for your fresh omlette etc. Staff are very helpful and friendly, if you have any queries or missing a towel or something else after room has been cleaned they rectify immediately. Great Location for restaurants, Fishermans village, Phench Butcha stadium, International stadium (both Chaweng), The Elephant Sanctuary and lots more. Highly recommend a stay here if visiting Bophut or nearby.
My wife requested a deep tissue massage at the hotel , which was situated at the beach front . Was very good and highly recommend 🙏

As you would expect from an Ibis hotel, this place has everything you need. It's not fancy but clean, great breakfast and has all the facilities to make your stay comfortable. Direct beach access, fire shows and an excellent tour company based in the lobby made our stay really great. Self-service laundry facilities are available. Approx 15mins walk to the night market and Fisherman's village. Plenty of good and drink options on the doorstep.

Good hotel with comfy bed. Room with pool view was adequate but balcony very small only for 2 people and very tight. Good selection at breakfast with an egg station. Has 3 swimming pools with one for adult only. Always able to get sunbed and they supply pool towels. The hotel backs on to the beach but you can only really go in the sea, could sit on the beach but no beds. Room cleaned everyday house keepers friendly and smiling. You are on the main road but set back so its quiet. Around 30 min walk from fishermans village. They offer a shuttle every evening for 50 bhat at 7pm and 8pm. There is onsite laundry room with iron and ironing board. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear but this did not affect our stay. I would stay here again.

The location is excellent—right on the beach and just a short walk or drive to Fisherman’s Village. The beachfront is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views and plenty of space to relax.

Rooms are compact but smartly designed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the balcony with a view of the sea and garden.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. Check-in was smooth, and the team was quick to offer suggestions for local food and transport.

The pool area is a highlight—large, clean, and facing the beach. There are loungers around both the pool and the beach, so it's easy to find a spot to unwind.

Breakfast was decent with a mix of Thai and international options. Nothing fancy, but enough to start the day.

Overall, ibis Samui Bophut delivers great value for money. It’s ideal for travelers who want a beachfront hotel with essential comforts, a nice pool, and a relaxed vibe.

Nice, close to 7-11, restaurants and motor bike rental place. Staffs are very nice. Beach is also nice.

Good location and clean

Friendly and helpful staff, specially the Front deck staff K.Pu and another person when I checked in.

Apart from arranging the room, they gave advice to how to go around and assist on practicality that I may need.

The place is safe and convenient. I rent a motorcycle to go around and found it was wonderful 👍
