The room is very old. The room smells. The furniture is old. The bedsheets are not up to standard. I feel itchy while sleeping. I couldn't sleep all night. They used thin bedsheets as blankets. They should improve. It's not worth the price paid.

Huge rooms, friendly staff and excellent location for Bo Phut Village, although it's on the main road it does have plenty of free parking, Lotus, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Pizza Company virtually next door and a 7-11 across the road. Real like staying here. I have stayed many times and find the owner very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern and a very reasonable price. Bike hire is easy from here also. Would recommend Rak Samui hotel.
