Nice hotel. Cleanliness could be better in rooms, sewer smell constantly in the room which is not very nice. Breakfast is average. The staff were polite & friendly.

Again a wonderful stay at Chaweng Buri. Themajaren older resort in the center of Chaweng right on the beach. Villas are in a peaceful green garden. Sun bed on the beach can use new mattresses and the resort should get more and new beach umbrellas! Service at the beach bar is very slow so have some patience. Resort can offer more customer service and earn more money if the staff at the beach bar works more efficient and faster.

The hotel is quite old, and the cleaning isn't very good. The location is excellent—it's close to a shopping center, and the beach is nice. For the price, it's fine.

I thought the resort was good, amenities great and room was amazing. I found their service was not great at all and breakfast was average.

I had a decent stay here. My experience on arrival was not the best as the staff sent me on a goose chase to get a beach towel while I was waiting for my room to be ready for check-in. A part from that the rooms are very big and comfortable. The location is really good, right in the heart of Chaweng. It was great that you couldn't hear the noise of the street from the room. The external appearance of the hotel needs some work, and the restaurant does not stay open in the evening so they don't offer room service.

Very nice bungalow, very clean room but the place around is worn and a little dirty around. Otherwise a good place and cozy. Is On the beach and we will maybe be back.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a huge variety of dining options nearby, plus a gym – definitely one of Koh Samui's biggest selling points! The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Excellent value for money!

Location - 10/10. Right on the beach, and also right in the middle of all the action at the entrance gate.

The rooms - 8.5/10, are nice and spacious. A little dated. Nice and clean, but we had multiple pool/spa filters next to our room which were quite noisy.

Service - 8/10. The staff are friendly and helpful, but I think a little training is required to be proactive rather than reactive. For example, at breakfast at various times - no plates, no cutlery, nowhere to sit, no milk.....Also, at the gym and pool no towels "just wait 20 minutes", but never came.

Ambience - 4.5/10 is probably the weakness. There was multiple sites around the resort that looked like a rubbish tip.

Overall, the experience was pretty good, but could be improved - 8/10.

Super convenient location. Literally connected to central Samui Mall. Room is ok , a bit noisy from the hall way. Shampoo and body wash has no label , you have to guess which one it is. Front desk was friendly enough and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. If you are looking for something that's close to everything , this is the place !

This is a student dorm * just to give you a clear picture.

The place is much older and run down than in the photo

Room is clean but the MUSTY DAMP smell everywhere.

Corridor is exactly what you have in a student hall … very old, smell and run down.

Location is right next to Central shopping mall - convenient for those who wants to go to shopping mall.

Reception is unfriendly with an unwelcoming look.

The location was really good the hostel is directly next to the Samui Central Shopping Area.
The room were clean, the bed was really comfortable in my opinion and they offered daily room service. There was only one big disadvantage for me, the air condition only works when the room key is in the room. So every time you leave the room, the air is standing, really warm and smelling really bad also because of the toilet paper in the trash, ...
Another problem with the room was that the a few towels had stains on them.
All in all we really liked the stay, if you want to close to the center this is the perfect Hotel.
Tipp: Ask for a room in the 2. house out of 3, because there is the rooftop pool and the laundry room.

I review hotel rooms on the level how my sleep and therefore my rest was.
It was very bad. The walls are so thin, that I was woken up a couple of times because my neighbors were talking loud.
In the room are two very bright blue LEDs. They are so bright, that the room is not dark at all. It's blue. I tried to cover them with a towel which worked so so ok. On the ceiling there is a smoke detector, which is very good, but it has a blinking led light as well, very annoying in the dark as well.

My Rest factor was very low. Everything else of the stay was ok.

The COSI is not a luxury hotel but it is exceptionally good value for the price.
Simple rooms, clean, well presented with minimal extras. A great place to stay if you don't intend on being inside the room much, as the room is very plain and has no balcony or view.
Very good location at Samui Central. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes drive to the airport.
Housekeeping staff and staff working at the front desk were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
