Location is perfect 10 min walking from the beach and near restaurants and supermarkets

Staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel was fully booked and we got upgraded but the rooms were very old and didn’t like the quality that much.

Breakfast was ok.

Pool and gym are nice

Point of improvement. Serve *not sweetened* yoghurt!!
Serve natural and let customers decide if they want or not.
Reception. Very gentle staff, Andrey was very helpfull to bring our luggage along the swimming pool to the next hotelbuilding.

Clean, but need to be upgraded.
Showering without wetting the toilet is not possible.
Drainplug of the shower was stinking, solved by putting a plastic bag filled with water on it.
General: Good value for money. :-)

This place is trying very hard to be like the bigger resorts nearby. But at 1/5 of the price, you do make some concessions. The pool is pretty small for how big the hotel is. It should at least be twice the size. Or at least have two, one for kids and one for adults. The pool is located in the front of the hotel. An outside bar is also located at the front. The bar closes at midnight. The continental breakfast isn't bad, the only real bad thing would be that it has two menus that are switched each day. And that 3/4 of the menu is the same for both. It is still definitely worth it's weight, rather than having to venture out for breakfast. As all nearby restaurants that are walkable don't have a/c seating. There is a big C store across the street, 7-11 was being built next door during my visit. Rooms are clean. I did have to buy an air freshener as the kitchen sink stunk of mildew. There was a water leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom on the 2nd day. Staff did their best, but think more attention could have been given. As no one cared to ask me if the problem stopped. Ordered pad Thai from the in-house kitchen. Disappointed, wasn't stir fired correctly. Flavours were all over the place. A hodgepodge with each time I ate being super fishy, sour, sweet. A few bites were perfect. The blend of sweet, sour, and spicy as it should be. Still, for the price and the location is what this place is about. It's less than .8 km from the beach, 10 min drive from all the big resorts and you're in Phuket.
