I had such a wonderful week staying at Sannot Riverside Hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay. One of the best parts of the experience was the service, the staff were consistently so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They truly made me feel taken care of throughout my stay, and their kindness created such a warm and pleasant vibe.

The breakfast every day was also amazing. It was delicious, fresh, and something I genuinely looked forward to each morning. It really added to the overall experience and made each day start on such a good note.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless, room service was excellent, and the entire environment felt peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. You can tell the hotel puts real effort into making guests feel at ease.

I also really loved the pool and the backyard area, both were beautiful and added so much charm to the property. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable setting that made the stay feel even more special.

Overall, staying at Sannot Riverside Hotel was a very nice experience from start to finish. With its wonderful service, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and beautiful surroundings, it’s definitely a place I would recommend to others.

We had an excellent stay at Sannot Riverside Boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for the duration of our stay in Chiang Mai. The staff at reception, cleaners and restaurant were fantastic and went the extra mile to assist us during our stay. The hotel was beautiful with the plants, grounds and building maintained well. Some minor suggestions for consideration would be making the pool heated as it was beautiful however to cold to swim in for the duration of our stay. Secondly, the western breakfast would be better with some variety, we ate the same thing each morning which was not ideal. Thirdly, the tv channels could be better if there were more English channels to choose from. Lastly, we would have liked to have larger tea cups in the room.

Amazing hotel, very peaceful and relaxing. We stayed for over a week and had everything we needed. The receptionist had Chinese speaking staff which was very useful. We felt very welcomed and loved staying here. The rooms are lovely and we will be back

I booked Sanor Riverside last minute, and my stay exceeded all expectations! The service was warm and thoughtful, the room was clean and tidy, and everything was well-stocked. I especially want to commend the bedding; I'm quite particular about linens, but Sanor Riverside's bedding felt incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin, giving me a sense of security, just like home. I also booked an essential oil massage in the evening, and the therapist's professionalism was absolutely top-notch, and the price was very reasonable. While breakfast wasn't lavish, there was a good variety of options. Although the restaurant was small, enjoying breakfast with a garden view was truly delightful. Even though I only stayed one night, it genuinely felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose Sanor Riverside again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. I hope Sanor continues to maintain its quality, providing more travelers with a quiet, comfortable, and cozy place to stay!

A beautiful garden resort with excellent service staff. The breakfast was also great. The only downside is that the band's music at night might disturb sleep. It's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven, which takes you along the beautiful Mae Ping River.

Beautiful small hotel, good service, beautiful greenery. Breakfast was repetitive, but decent. Mostly targeting Chinese guests, breakfast can get noisy. Really nice people working there, very supportive and ready to help. Relaxing place to stay, would recommend.

The hotel is located near the river. I got Suit room, there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen room and living room, i can see the river view from my room. I enjoyed the natural environmen surrounding the hotel and its peaceful. And, the room was much comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Worth it for relaxing time and good memories.

Hotel is beautiful and the grounds are kept extremely clean. However it is difficult communicating with the staff because they know little to no English. Hotel doesn't provide transportation but they will order you a taxi on the Grab app.

This is a gem, as nice as you’ll find anywhere and a great value. Clean and eloquent room. The grounds are beautiful with a great tranquil location on the river. Service was exceptional and the breakfast had almost everything imaginable for SE Asian food. Relaxing saline pool and pool lounging area. The location is a 20 minute walk or 10 quick taxi to the old town, a plus and minus.
