It feels more like a guesthouse/B&B than a typical hotel.

Musty smell
Drilling could be heard early morning and throughout daytime. No discount given for one occupant for breakfast was unfair. No tea and coffee making facilities. Had to take own luggage to room.

Enjoyed our stay here. There’s a large variety of food available for breakfast and the ooftop swimming pool offered decent views of the city and mountain.

Great little hotel on a quiet side street without lots of traffic and noise. The hospitality from the staff was warm and friendly. The team was helpful with recommending lots of the services needed to enjoy my stay.
The pool was small, but big enough😉. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was strong and temperature was nice and hot. The complimentary juice and coffee was a nice touch.
The hotel is walking distance from all the action.

This was a little oasis. We loved how neat and clean everything was, and the service was superb. The friendly staff made us feel right at home.

Stayed 4 nights and it was one of the best stays! Everything was within walking distance and felt very safe. The staff at the front desk were sooo helpful and were always lovely. One woman in particular behind reception went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Chiang Mai! (I didn’t catch her name but she was so kind!)

We stayed 7days in Chiang Mai, changed 3 hotels and this one was the best. Clean rooms, good size not to cold pool, complimentary snacks and coffee, tea.

Centrally located, near Wualai Walking Street. Staff is friendly & helpful. Definitely recommended.
