The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of Karon and Kata beaches. There are several pools, but the main pool has a very shallow depth (about 110 cm). Breakfast is good, with a buffet and fruit. The rooms are old and in need of renovation. There are drafts at night from the balcony door. Cleaning is poor; it seems like they just change the towels and make the bed, but that's it.

I really enjoyed everything! I would definitely come back.

The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a deluxe room, which is large enough for three people (we were with a child). There's a comfortable sofa, and the hotel provided complimentary bed linens, so we didn't need an extra bed! The bath and shower are super huge and offer a view. The breakfasts are varied, with cuisine from around the world. The only downside, though not a dealbreaker...

This was my first trip to Phuket, and my stay at this resort was very comfortable overall. My intention was to relax and enjoy a peaceful break, and the resort helped me achieve that. The property is slightly uphill, which was fine for me and even helped burn a few calories after meals. Wonderful 4 star hotel in the heart of phuket and very close to beaches. The rooms are ultra spacious and staff is courteous. The breakfast buffet is well spread with one dish marked for Indians - special gesture, although it's dominated by foreigners and has 3 big pools to chill by

We stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon, and it was hands down my favourite resort in all of Phuket. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible ; warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making our stay feel truly special. Pretty good rooms, service, location and breakfast. Note that the air conditioning was quite loud and I couldn't find a quiter mode. Use mosquito repellent if you plan to stay by the pool in the evening.

Very beautiful resort with great rooms and a great location. The staff are not nice and make the place unwelcoming even though it was good. Couldn’t stay for more than a night since it was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Loved it here. Very quiet place. Never say anymore than 7 people at a time. The staff is amazing, super friendly and just want to make your stay better. The hour hour was useful for poolside cocktails.

The overall experience was good. The location of the hotel is great, easy to walk everywhere and close to beach & nice restaurants. The room was very nice and big. Also very clean. The guys who help with the bags are absolutely delightful, super chatty & friendly. Most of the other staff weren’t also very nice. On one occasion we were ignored when trying to order a drink at the bar so ended up leaving...

This place is everything we wanted it to be, and more. We are loving our stay here. Our Villa is beautiful.
