Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort ex. Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort

Karon, 333 Patak Road 🧭

Check-in for single rooms was incredibly slow. This hotel had the most Chinese guests I've seen. The environment was lovely, but a 'sea view room' with an obstructed view isn't really a sea view, so I'm glad they changed it for me. At breakfast, the table I was assigned was already taken. I'm not sure who got there first, but they didn't try to sort it out for me, just told me to find another table...

The service, location and facility is very good . They have pickleball court but don’t understand why close at 6pm. The breakfast was quite bad limited range of food omelette of the day was delicious but other than that it’s not that good. For example i can’t find salmon or other protein to eat.

This is a fantastic hotel! The staff, facilities, and service were all excellent. The food, pool, and kids' play areas all deserve 5 stars. It's also close to the beach. Now for a few negatives: Our check-in was quite unpleasant. We had changed the guest name mid-booking and notified the hotel via Ctrip, but there was a communication breakdown between the hotel and Ctrip, leading to us not being...

A genuinely great stay, no regrets, offering excellent value and a fantastic experience. The check-in experience was wonderful; the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and pleasant. Both the pool and garden views were lovely. It's within walking distance to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. The service was warm and attentive, with quick responses, and the overall...

The location is perfect for a beach holiday. You just need to cross the road to get to the Karon beach, near the hotel there are Karon village to walk and to feel real Thailand. The hotel is very big itself, has amazing spa and gym, several pools. The restaurant Thai Thai was the most delicious food we have tried in Phuket, so sorry that there are not quite a lot of customers, the food is fantastic...

Overall, a great stay and a reliable choice for a Phuket vacation. The hotel environment is lovely, with lush and comfortable tropical gardens. The common areas are clean and well-designed, making for great photo opportunities. The room was spacious and tidy, with expansive sea views. However, the soundproofing and cleanliness could be improved slightly, as there were yellow stains on the bed. The...

Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort

Karon, 29 Soi Karon Nui, Stolichnyy amphe Phuket 83100, Provintsiya Phuket, Tailand 🧭

Pros: Has a private beach, and the sea is clean and beautiful, allowing you to avoid the crowds. Cons: 1. Check-in was quite slow. I arrived at 3 PM to check in, but wasn't informed that my room was ready until around 3:40 PM. 2. The location is a bit secluded, with not much to see or do nearby.

Very satisfied, the hotel is beautiful, I love it! I'll choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Breakfast was delicious and cleaning service good

Over two thousand during peak season. The room facilities are only worth about 150 yuan. It can't compare to domestic Atour or Hanting hotels. It's too old. On the first day, the drain was clogged, and the hairdryer was barely functional, practically just a prop, and broken to boot. It's passable if you just need a place to crash. However, its beach and scenery are indeed excellent. The beauty lies...

We had an amazing stay in Le Meridien Phuket. One of the best beaches I've been to. Service excellent. Food good and right prices. Highly recommended!!

Great Hotel and good location. Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Lots of activities for kids. Food was very good.

Mandarava Resort and Spa

Karon, 14/2 Patak Road Soi 24 🧭

Mandarin Oriental Phuket is truly a hidden gem near Karon Beach! Tucked away in a tropical hillside garden, it boasts lush greenery and a fantastic ambiance. There are five or six pools scattered throughout, and stepping out of a poolside room brings you right to the shimmering water. Enjoying a cocktail at the floating bar is incredibly relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean with a scenic balcony...

Extremely satisfied! The resort's environment and rooms are beautiful. The staff were very friendly towards Chinese guests. I regret not staying a few more days. Plus, the hotel has its own water purifier, so the water quality is quite good.

The room was very clean, but the bedsheets had some stains and weren't washed thoroughly. The staff were very polite, proactively helped with luggage, and their smiling service was excellent. **Environment:** The environment was amazing, truly great, and the hotel is huge! Breakfast wasn't fantastic, but it was enough to fill you up.

Absolutely beautiful! The sunset restaurant at the hotel has amazing views and the food is really good, plus it's not too expensive. Even in the middle of the night, if you order takeout, the staff will deliver it right to your door. The service attitude is excellent, with smiles all around. Just a heads up, make sure you remember how to get back to your room, or you'll end up getting lost like we...

We had a fantastic stay at Mandarava Resort in Phuket. The hotel definitely feels more luxurious and is set beautifully on the side of a hill, which gives you some brilliant views across the area. Because of the hillside setting there are quite a few steep roads and plenty of stairs around the resort, but that’s also part of what gives it its character. One of the highlights was the choice of pools...

Everything was great, except for a minor leak from the bathtub. I'd definitely come back again.

Paradox Resort Phuket

Karon, 509 Patak Road, Phuket 🧭

Location: This hotel is right on Karon Beach, it's clean and relatively quiet, giving it more of a resort feel. You can access the beach directly from the hotel's entrance. There's also a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials. Facilities: They offer a variety of room types. I originally planned to stay for only 3 days but extended for another two, and they upgraded...

Based on online reviews, this hotel had a few negative points, but I didn't pay much attention to them. When we checked in, it was a bit late, and they said there were no rooms with good locations available. We were a group of four and wanted to stay close together for safety, and we also didn't want a room at the end of the hall. The rooms they gave us were pretty close to the end of the hall anyway...

Excellent! It's a cozy little cottage right on the beach. There are convenience stores, massage places, and great food options to both the left and right. It's so much better than the other Sis hotel I booked. The comparison really highlights how good this place is, no lie!

The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the overall environment and facilities are good. The breakfast is also very rich. However, the water quality was a bit poor; I had an allergic reaction after showering, so it wasn't as good an experience as the first hotel.

This is a sprawling hotel with beautifully maintained greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around the property. Just across the street, you'll find beach loungers, and the hotel itself boasts 3-4 different pools, which is fantastic for anyone who loves to swim. Our kids spent their mornings at the beach, and when it got too hot in the afternoon, they'd come back to enjoy the pools – they absolutely...

The location is perfect! Walkable to the shops nearby and the beach. The pool is also great. We enjoyed our stay here 😇

Avista Grande Phuket Karon - MGallery

Karon, 38, Luang Phor Chuan Rd, Tambon Karon, Amphur Muang, Mueang Phuket 🧭

Full marks! Trip.com should recommend more hotels like this one to guests!!! Sindee, the Chinese staff member working at Avista, is simply a living advertisement for this hotel. She truly brings a touch of home and a warm smile to Phuket, and her service is absolutely excellent!!! The hotel's sea view is truly amazing, offering a wide and open vista of Karon. The hotel pool is a big plus; there are...

Much better than the Banyan Tree I stayed at before. Accor Group never disappoints! They even called in the evening to check if everything was okay and if I was enjoying myself, and if there was anything I wanted for breakfast that I hadn't gotten yet. The Chinese lady at the front desk, from Shenzhen, was lovely and made me feel right at home.

This hotel is a small, charming gem located in the southern part of Karon Beach. It's well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach is just a short walk downhill and across the road, and there's a 7-Eleven within walking distance as well. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff, and you can easily communicate with other staff members using...

They upgraded our room for free this time, which was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly, and the breakfast spread was great. There were mostly Westerners during our stay, but they were very kind to us Chinese guests. Housekeeping was excellent; they even folded towels into little animals. The only minor downside was that the room didn't have a comb, but we had brought our own anyway.

Contrary to some reviews, it wasn't as humid as I expected, and I didn't experience any discrimination. We arrived quite late, but the front desk had welcome tea ready and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel, which was very welcoming. The hotel itself was quite comfortable. This time, we brought a disposable filter shower head, and after using it for a week, it confirmed that the water quality...

We've loved our stay at Avista Grande. The sea is close, hotel is quiet, design is good, food is tasty and various. Zero complains.

Phuket Emerald Beach Resort

Karon, 202/19, Karon Beach, Karon Road, Mueang, Mueang Phuket 🧭

Location is strategic. The room is spacious and very clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Kids love the water park, so much fun! Breakfast provided with variety of choices. Overall the resort is good and satisfy. Recommended to stay!

Let's be honest, over 80% of the guests at this Phuket hotel are white Caucasians and Russians. The security is quite good. This hotel is very friendly to white people, with very few Asian guests. The breakfast is quite rich and caters mostly to Western tastes. My child enjoyed it, but I imagine older Chinese guests might not be used to it. The bread is delicious, but the coffee is terrible. The Thai...

I had the most valuable time over at Phuket Emerald. The staffs are great - from the front desk, to the breakfast table and concierge, Eak - he’s very helpful! The breakfast variety is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The pool is very great for kids, though a little cold at times but it’s ok because the weather is hot. And it’s about 5-7 mins walk to the beach, cross a small road that’s...

The rooms in this hotel are spacious, but the cleanliness inside the room isn't great. The towels felt really dirty and were quite grubby. The disposable toothbrushes were the shedding kind. There's a kids' playground and a pool, but the pool has a lot of stairs, so you need to be very careful as it's easy to get injured. I saw many children get hurt, including my own child who injured their foot....

Overall satisfied with the hotel amenities and location. Will stay again the next visit.

This hotel is perfect for families. The rooms are spacious, and having direct access to the pool from the room is super convenient for kids to swim. Plus, there's a water park! It's also very close to Karon Beach and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a good stay.
