Check-in for single rooms was incredibly slow. This hotel had the most Chinese guests I've seen. The environment was lovely, but a 'sea view room' with an obstructed view isn't really a sea view, so I'm glad they changed it for me. At breakfast, the table I was assigned was already taken. I'm not sure who got there first, but they didn't try to sort it out for me, just told me to find another table...

The service, location and facility is very good . They have pickleball court but don’t understand why close at 6pm. The breakfast was quite bad limited range of food omelette of the day was delicious but other than that it’s not that good. For example i can’t find salmon or other protein to eat.

Pros: Has a private beach, and the sea is clean and beautiful, allowing you to avoid the crowds. Cons: 1. Check-in was quite slow. I arrived at 3 PM to check in, but wasn't informed that my room was ready until around 3:40 PM. 2. The location is a bit secluded, with not much to see or do nearby.

Over two thousand during peak season. The room facilities are only worth about 150 yuan. It can't compare to domestic Atour or Hanting hotels. It's too old. The rooms in this hotel are spacious, but the cleanliness inside the room isn't great. The towels felt really dirty and were quite grubby. The disposable toothbrushes were the shedding kind. There's a kids' playground and a pool, but the pool has a lot of stairs, so you need to be very careful as it's easy to get injured. This hotel is perfect for families. The rooms are spacious, and having direct access to the pool from the room is super convenient for kids to swim. Plus, there's a water park! It's also very close to Karon Beach and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a good stay.

Much better than the Banyan Tree I stayed at before. Accor Group never disappoints!
