The rooms are much more comfortable after the renovation. The front desk staff are all very friendly, especially Lilly, Patty, and Netty. These ladies have such warm and welcoming smiles. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The front desk service was excellent; they proactively offered me a room with a better view. Both check-in and check-out were super fast. It was a great experience! There are plenty of dining options nearby, the beach isn't far, and it's close to the Cliff Restaurant too. Overall, a really good stay.

Traveling as a family of five, we had to book two rooms. The hotel rooms were even worse than a budget hotel like Home Inn in China, but we tolerated it for the proximity to Karon Beach. I've stayed at Katabamgo before, and while it definitely offers better value for money, I still prefer Orchid because it's much closer to Karon Beach, and Karon Beach itself is more beautiful.

The check in was a bit troublesome (they pointed me at the wrong room so I had to walk back to the reception and take another key). They apologise profusely and even offered a complementary fruit basket. The hotel's service, ambiance, and location are all excellent. However, the in-room facilities and cleanliness don't live up to the price. Overall, it's decent for Phuket.

Just a stone's throw from Karon Beach, the service here is excellent, and there's always a pleasant surprise when you stay again. This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Phuket. It's affordable and very clean. I'll definitely be back!

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach; everything else is pretty mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, and on the first night, I was given a room at the very end, right by the road. It was incredibly noisy, with motorbikes revving their engines so loudly it was deafening.

I go to Phuket every year, and this hotel had the most bugs I've ever encountered. However, the kids loved it because they'd find insects at night. The pool slides are also great and safe for children. The room was quite spacious, and the location is good. Overall, it's good value for money.

The room smells bad. There is a musty smell. The air conditioner is very noisy and I can't turn on the air conditioner while opening the door. The air conditioner broke down on the last day.

We upgraded to a room with direct pool access, which they offered upon check-in. The hotel is spotless, with friendly and efficient staff. You cannot get much closer to the beach or the main street for the shops and restaurants, but there was no noise to be heard. WE WOULD BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT.

Good location, functions have no problem. Wash closet is good, shower pressure is a little low. Has fridge, clothes rag, cupboard with hanger. Kettle and cups too. Take note no mineral water provided. No need for deposit as well.

Loved it. Wonderful hospitably. Decent and free breakfast. Lovely location. Just opposite to Beach by crossing the road. Daily cleaning the room. Having a Chan and tidy swimming pool. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly and pocket friendly. Most of the guests from Russia, Ireland, Australia and few from China.

Good value. Like the location. Internet works intermittently in room (most often not). Mattresses not Good, worn. Pool nice but a LOT of chemicals. Small fitness room with a bike and multimachine.

I stayed in one-bedroom apartment A14. The room needs renovation, the plumbing and furniture are old, the appliances and dishes are dirty, and the air conditioner is noisy. Overall, nothing great except the price.

The apartment is great—it has a coffee maker, a toaster, a shaker, and all the necessary utensils. However, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows face southeast, and the sun illuminates and warms the bedroom 100 percent from 8 a.m. until sunset. Blackout curtains are a must. The blinds don't help at all. And the air conditioner probably hasn't been cleaned in a while; it leaves a nasty smell in the apartment

Excellent apartments! They have everything you need in terms of kitchenware, even two types of coffee machines (a capsule one and a drip coffee maker). There are two pools and a gym. Plus, there's a shuttle to the beach. Two 7/11 stores are relatively close by, and a Makro is just 10 minutes away, which is super convenient. Excellent amenities: two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. But the best part is the sea view from the balcony. We stayed for two days and would have stayed again.
